Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian kinerja karyawan digunakan untuk menilai karyawan terbaik di perusahaan. Proses evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk menila, memotivasi, dan memverifikasi peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Hasil evaluasi kinerja dapat dijadikan dasar bagi atasan dalam memilih karyawan terbaik setiap bulan. Penilaian dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga kriteria, yaitu kehadiran, penampilan (Grooming), dan penyegaran (Refreshment), yang dihitung menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalu dokumentasi, observasi, dan pengambilan data dari penilaian yang dilakukan perusahaan. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahu pemenang karyawan terbaik di Klinik Benings Glow Metro setiap bulannya. Penelitian melibatkan 15 data karyawan dan 3 kriteria yang diberikan oleh perusahaan, yang dihitung menggunakan metode SAW untuk menentukan peringkat. Hasil perhitungan ini akan menghasilkan pemilihan karyawan terbaik setiap bulan. Employee performance assessment decision support system is used to conduct assessment of its best employees. The company conducts performance evaluation of its employees to evaluate, motivate and verify employee performance improvement. The results of this performance can be used as a reference for superiors to select the best employees selected every month. The assessment in this study was carried out using three criteria, namely attendance, Grooming, and Refreshment, using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method. This study collected data with documentation, observation and data collection from company assessments. Data calculation using Microsoft Excel. The results of this study are to determine the winner of the best employee of the Benings Glow Metro Clinic every month. The researcher calculated 15 employees, employee data that will be and 3 criteria from the company will then be calculated using the SAW method and ranked. The results of this calculation will result in the selection of the best employees every month

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of promotions, service quality and user loyalty on the Go-Jek application. Mediating variables and to find out the most dominant variables on promotion, service quality and user loyalty on the Go-Jek application. The analytical method in this research uses quantitative methods, descriptive analysis methods . The test stage carried out was a data analysis test in this research using a linear regression analysis test , t test, f test. The data used in this research used a questionnaire instrument and valid data was collected from 100 respondents. The sampling method in this research is a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that the variables of promotion, service quality and user loyalty have a positive and significant influence on the consumer variables of Go-Jek application users. Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, User Loyalty
