Abstract This study examines the utilization of education, training, and certification programs as an effort to transform employee talent at PT PLN (Persero) UIP JBTB. This research highlights the strategic relevance of these programs in filling competency gaps and increasing employee capacity. Through an internship program at the HR Development Division, data from direct observation and documentation were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methodology. The results showed that Human Capital Readiness (HCR) metrics were used in the program design to measure how well talent development is working. However, challenges such as training methods and outcome evaluation need to be improved. This research offers strategic recommendations to improve the success of talent transformation programs. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai Pemanfaatan Program Pendidikan, Pelatihan, dan Sertifikasi sebagai upaya transformasi talenta pegawai di PT PLN (Persero) UIP JBTB. Penelitian ini menyoroti relevansi strategis program-program tersebut dalam mengisi kesenjangan kompetensi dan meningkatkan kapasitas pegawai. Melalui program magang di Divisi Pengembangan SDM, data dari observasi langsung dan dokumentasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metrik Kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia (Human Capital Readiness/HCR) digunakan dalam desain program untuk mengukur seberapa baik pengembangan talenta berjalan. Namun, tantangan seperti metode pelatihan dan evaluasi hasil perlu diperbaiki. Penelitian ini menawarkan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan program transformasi talenta.
