Abstract

Surabaya city is one of the areas in Indonesia which has a large population. The large number of residents moving of Surabaya City has prompted Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil as a Regional Apparatus in charge of population administration and civil registration in the Surabaya to improve the management of the population administration for its citizens. The purpose of the community service carried out is to help the Surabaya city in improving the quality of Population Administration service assistance and increasing citizen awareness of population Administration arrangements so that later a conscious community environment area can be realized it. and get the maximum Kalimasada data. The results that have been achieved that the writer can complete data on Kalimasada RW 07 Dukuh Sutorejo sub-district and provide understanding to residents about Population Administration and be able to create alternatives that can make it easier for residents to manage it.

Abstract

In an increasingly diversified business landscape, marketing strategies stand as a primary key to a company's success. This study delves into the marketing strategies of PLN UP3 Sidoarjo, specifically in boosting the sales volume of its electricity services. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, involving in-depth interviews and analysis. The findings reveal a spectrum of marketing strategies encompassing product, price, promotion, and distribution/placement. Implemented marketing strategies such as service diversification, setting affordable tariffs, educational campaigns, and community partnerships have contributed to a stable increase in the number of customers. However, evaluating these strategies should extend beyond customer acquisition, also considering the increase in electricity consumption per customer. In conclusion, PLN UP3 Sidoarjo adopts a holistic approach that successfully enhances public awareness of its electricity services, augments the customer base, and improves customer service.

In an era where digital connectivity has become the norm, the role of technology in economic and business transformation cannot be underestimated. This article provides an overview of how technology plays a key role in changing the economic and business landscape. Technology facilitates the creation of a digital ecosystem that enables faster and more efficient interactions between businesses, consumers, and markets. The internet and online platforms have opened doors for global market penetration, allowing companies to reach a wider audience and expand their business reach. Furthermore, technology is also changing the way businesses operate through the adoption of digital solutions such as e-commerce, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence. These innovations enable companies to optimize their operational processes, improve efficiency, and create added value for their customers. However, with the various opportunities offered by technology, new challenges also arise. One of them is the need for data security and privacy in an increasingly connected digital environment. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of file archiving in the finance division of PT Dimensi Citra Semesta. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques including case studies, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of file archiving in the finance division of PT Dimensi Citra Semesta involves six steps: receipt, verification, numbering, grouping, storage, and file disposal. The file archiving process aligns with the ISO 15489-1:2016 standard on records management. The file archiving tools in the finance division of PT Dimensi Citra Semesta consist of both physical and electronic tools. Archiving challenges in the finance division of PT Dimensi Citra Semesta are divided into two categories: internal challenges and external challenges. Internal challenges originate from within the finance division itself, such as space limitations, file damage, input errors, file loss, and others. External challenges come from outside the finance division, such as inappropriate file requests, delayed file deliveries, file format mismatches, and others.

Abstract

Analisis SWOT adalah kerangka yang digunakan dalam manajemen strategis untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi performa suatu entitas. Hal ini mencakup kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman, serta digunakan untuk mengorganisir faktor-faktor tersebut ke dalam sebuah daftar yang terstruktur. Analisis SWOT penting dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis karena dapat membantu entitas dalam mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan peluang untuk dimanfaatkan, serta kelemahan dan ancaman yang perlu diatasi. Strategi yang dihasilkan dari analisis SWOT membantu entitas dalam mengoptimalkan potensi pertumbuhan dan meningkatkan kinerja mereka di lingkungan pasar. Dalam konteks ini, analisis SWOT adalah alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam sebuah perusahaan, yang penting untuk merencanakan strategi bisnis dan pengembangan bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka.

Abstract

Social media makes changes to the business world, especially in terms of marketing or promotion. Social media is now a big opportunity for business because they use social media as a source of information delivery. Instagram is one of the social media that provides a place for business people to sell and market their products or services. Instagram is now widely used by the wider community. Anyone can use Instagram happily because the features provided are easy to apply. Instagram social media is used by business people as a means of introducing products or services to buying and selling online. The object of this study is how important is the role of Instagram social media for Kelapa Gading Fishing Services SMEs in Rembang, Blitar, East Java. This research uses qualitative methods, it can be concluded that Instagram plays a very important role for business people to introduce their products or services to people in various parts of the world by utilizing features and posting informative creative content so that readers can easily understand the content of the Instagram social media content.

Abstract

Communication activities are an important element for companies to influence the level of sales and public awareness about a product offered. Increasing consumer buying interest in a product cannot be separated from good and appropriate communication and promotional activities. With the communication strategy carried out through the implementation of the Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C) strategy at PT Maleo Edukasi Teknologi (Educourse.id), it helps in increasing sales of the Million Digital Students Movement (GESSIT) products. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing communication strategy carried out by PT Maleo Edukasi Teknologi (Educourse.id) in introducing and increasing sales of the Million Digital Students Movement (GESSIT) products. The research results show that in sales activities for the Million Digital Student Movement products, Educourse.id uses a Business to Business to Consumer (B2B2C) strategy in introducing and increasing sales of the Million Digital Student Movement (GESSIT) products. To build a good image, Educourse.id carries out activities through marketing communications such as holding a free IKM (Independent Curriculum Implementation) socialization event to assist schools in implementing P5 (Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project), providing free trial coding days to students. students in various Semarang City schools and also offers profit sharing with the school.

Abstract

Perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis adalah salah satu aspek yang diperhatikan perusahaan untuk melakukan perumusan strategi terstruktur dalam pengelolahaan bisnis. Perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis sebagai upaya memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan, terutama PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk perusahaan. PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan besar di Indonesia yang memproduksi barang kebutuhan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui analisis lingkungan bisnis, perencanan pemasaran, perencanaan sumber daya manusia, pengembangan teknologi, dan etika bisnis di PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif literature review dengan melibatkan studi menyeluruh terhadap berbagai referensi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk melakukan pengembangan dan perencanaan bisnis melalui lima aspek, yaitu analisis lingkungan bisnis dengan analisis lingkungan eksternal dan internal perusahaan, perencanaan pemasaran dengan diferensiasi produk, distributor, iklan, dan pemberian diskon, perencanaan sumber daya manusia dengan proses rekruitmen, pelatihan karyawan, dan pemberian intensif, pengembangan teknologi dengan pelaksanaan pengembangan kemasan, dan etika bisnis dengan melaksanakan beberapa etika bisnis. Perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis yang dilakukan PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat untuk mencapai tujuan strategis perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi analisis kondisi bisnis, strategi perencanaan, dan pengembangan bisnis untuk meningkatkan laba pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Soto Ayam Lamongan Pak Noto. Bisnis kuliner ini merupakan bagian penting dari ekonomi domestik Indonesia, dengan warisan dan reputasi yang kuat. Melalui perubahan lokasi dan warisan dari pemilik aslinya, bisnis ini telah bertahan dan berkembang, menunjukkan ketahanan sektor UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi. Namun, untuk meningkatkan laba dan mempertahankan kompetitivitasnya, diperlukan strategi perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis yang efektif. Perencanaan bisnis ditekankan sebagai aspek krusial dalam menjaga stabilitas dan kesuksesan bisnis. Dalam hal ini, perencanaan mencakup identifikasi tujuan jangka pendek dan panjang, strategi untuk mencapainya, serta analisis menyeluruh terhadap aspek-aspek seperti industri, pelanggan, dan pesaing. Pengembangan bisnis, di sisi lain, mencakup tahapan identifikasi peluang, formulasi alternatif usaha, seleksi alternatif terpilih, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Strategi pengembangan bisnis, termasuk pengelolaan biaya operasional, kebijakan harga yang tepat, dan efisiensi operasional, diperlukan untuk meningkatkan laba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penekanan pada penjelasan rinci dan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan lapangan dan analisis terhadap kasus UMKM Soto Ayam Lamongan Pak Noto, dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen utama dalam menganalisis fenomena bisnis. Analisis terhadap UMKM Soto Ayam Lamongan Pak Noto menunjukkan strategi perencanaan yang meliputi pengelolaan biaya, kebijakan harga, dan fokus pada efisiensi operasional. Pengembangan bisnis dilakukan melalui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, pembangunan identitas merek yang kuat, dan pemanfaatan strategi operasional yang efisien. Strategi ini membantu meningkatkan laba dan menjaga kompetitivitas bisnis dalam industri kuliner yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perencanaan bisnis yang matang dan pengembangan bisnis yang efektif dapat meningkatkan laba dan mempertahankan kompetitivitas UMKM Soto Ayam Lamongan Pak Noto. Strategi fokus pada efisiensi operasional, pengelolaan biaya, kebijakan harga yang tepat, dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, UMKM ini dapat mencapai kesuksesan jangka panjang dalam industri kuliner.
