Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze how digital literacy plays a role in efforts to improve employee performance at the East Jakarta Nakertransgi Sub-District. The main goal is to identify the factors that play a role in employee digital literacy and analyze their impact on individual and team performance. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations and literature studies. The analysis unit of this research is an employee of the East Jakarta Nakertransgi Sub-District. The results of the study show that digital literacy has been effective and has played a positive role in employee performance at the East Jakarta Nakertransgi Sub-District, especially in improving work efficiency, productivity, and team collaboration. Younger employees tend to be more adaptive to technology, while senior employees experience challenges in mastering new technologies. The recommendations given include continuous digital literacy training, improvement of technological infrastructure, management support in creating a productive work environment and equitable mastery of technology among employees. Keywords:  Digital Literacy; Employee Performance; Technology; Human Resource Development ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis bagaimana literasi digital berperan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Sudin Nakertransgi Jakarta Timur. Tujuan utamanya adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berperan pada literasi digital karyawan dan menganalisis dampaknya pada kinerja individu maupun tim.  Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan telaah studi pustaka. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah karyawan Sudin Nakertransgi Jakarta Timur. Temuan penelitian mengemukakan bahwa literasi digital sudah berjalan efektif dan memberikan dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan di Sudin Nakertransgi Jakarta Timur, terutama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, produktivitas, dan kolaborasi tim. Karyawan yang lebih muda cenderung lebih adaptif pada teknologi, sementara karyawan senior mengalami tantangan dalam menguasai teknologi baru. Rekomendasi yang diberikan termasuk pelatihan literasi digital yang berkelanjutan, peningkatan sarana prasarana teknologi, dukungan manajemen dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan penguasaan teknologi yang merata pada karyawan. Abstract

In the increasingly tight competition in the beauty industry, companies need to understand the factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions, especially related to environmental awareness. This study aims to analyze the effect of green perceived quality and corporate social responsibility on consumer purchase intentions, with green trust as a mediating variable, on Innisfree products in the Jabodetabek area. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach involving 350 respondents who were consumers of Innisfree products. Researchers also used data analyzed by AMOS software version 24 and the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. By producing research that shows that the influence of green perceived quality and corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant influence on purchase intentions, where green trust acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship. However, in this case, the influence of the corporate social responsibility variable does not have a direct influence on purchase intentions through green trust as a mediator. These findings can provide important insights for companies to design more effective marketing strategies, while emphasizing the importance of commitment to sustainability and social responsibility in order to increase purchase intentions in consumers of Innisfree products.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of hedonic shopping motivation and sales promotion on impulsive buying in generation z tiktok shop users in Jakarta, with positive emotion as a mediating variable. Data collection was carried out through a Google Form questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. The research sample was 300 respondents who had made impulsive purchases at tiktok shop. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, as well as hypothesis testing using AMOS software version 24. The results showed that hedonic shopping motivation and sales promotion had a positive and significant effect on positive emotion. Furthermore, hedonic shopping motivation, sales promotion and positive emotion had a significant effect on impulsive buying. Positive emotion proved to be a significant mediator between hedonic shopping motivation and sales promotion with impulsive buying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari social influence, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan consumer trust terhadap intention to use e-wallet pada konsumen muda di DKI Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 211 responden yang menggunakan aplikasi Shopee dalam satu bulan terakhir dan merupakan masyarakat Jakarta berusia 17-30 tahun. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan metode EFA, CFA, dan SEM dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 dan AMOS versi 25 untuk mengolah data hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1) social influence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness, 2) social influence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived ease of use, 3) social influence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap consumer trust, 4) social influence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use, 5) perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use, 6) perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use, 7) consumer trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use
