Abstract

In running a business, building brand awareness towards consumers is very important, because building brand awareness is one way the company can influence consumers to buy their products for the first time, and make these consumers continue to make repeat purchases. The focus of this research is on the use of Instagram social media to build brand awareness for the Lava Tour special interest tour package. This research aims to find out how to use Instagram social media in building brand awareness in local special interest tour packages in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The approach to this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to provide depth regarding the use of Instagram in building brand awareness. Data collection was carried out by interviewing Instagram account managers, as well as conducting observations and documentation. The results of this research explain the use of Instagram accounts, from the ten aspects studied that have fulfilled the six factors used in this research as a basis for utilizing social media to build brand awareness, although not optimally.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to optimize the determination of infrastructure development priorities in underdeveloped areas using the Fuzzy Sugeno method. The inequality of development between regions remains a national strategic issue. By applying fuzzy logic, this research accommodates uncertainty in data related to accessibility, geographic characteristics, and infrastructure conditions. The Fuzzy Sugeno method was implemented to produce a decision support system capable of providing accurate priority recommendations. The results indicate that this method consistently produces valid outputs based on the specified input criteria. The designed system is expected to assist the government in determining development priorities objectively and efficiently. Keywords: fuzzy sugeno; decision support system; infrastructure; underdeveloped areas. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penentuan prioritas pembangunan infrastruktur di daerah tertinggal menggunakan metode Fuzzy Sugeno. Permasalahan ketimpangan pembangunan antar wilayah masih menjadi isu strategis nasional. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan logika fuzzy, penelitian ini berusaha mengakomodasi ketidakpastian dalam data aksesibilitas, karakteristik geografis, serta sarana dan prasarana. Metode Fuzzy Sugeno diterapkan untuk menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu memberikan rekomendasi prioritas secara akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu memberikan nilai output yang konsisten berdasarkan kriteria input yang ditentukan. Sistem yang dirancang diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah dalam menentukan prioritas pembangunan secara objektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: fuzzy sugeno; sistem pendukung keputusan; infrastruktur; daerah tertinggal.
