Abstract

Anak masih bergantung pada orang dewasa yang ada disekitarnya untuk melindungi mereka. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan, namun disadari sepenuhnya bahwa di dalam masyarakat masih banyak anak yang memerlukan upaya perlindungan khusus. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) Perempuan dan Anak di Kabupaten Indramayu disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman keluarga anak yang menjadi korban untuk melaporkan dan meminta bantuan hukum terhadap permasalahan yang sedang dialaminya. Selain itu, rasa trauma yang dirasakan oleh anak korban terhadap permasalahan yang dialaminya sehingga anak korban malu untuk bercerita tentang kronologis kasus yang dialaminya. Oleh karena permasalahan tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan strategi pengaduan hukum secara digital yang dapat di akses oleh semua orang di seluruh wilayah hukum Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian penting untuk dilakukan karena strategi pemberian hukum secara digital bisa membantu korban untuk mengkonsultasikan dan melaporkan permasalahannya, sehingga dapat di atasi dengan cepat dan efesien. Pada penelitian ini, metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitiatif. Adapun tahapan penelitian terdiri atas: (a) kajian pustaka; (b) observasi masalah; (c) identifikasi masalah; (d) penyusunan strategi; (e) implementasi strategi; (f) evaluasi strategi; (g) strategi final. Selain itu, objek penelitiannya adalah mekanisme pemberian bantuan hukum terhadap anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum di Kabupaten Indramayu. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan penelitian. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, angket dan telaah dokumen. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis data kualitatif

Abstract

Local People's Representative Council (DPRD) In Local Government Legislation and Regional Legislative Institutions. One of the most esential issues of democracy’s results in Indonesian constitutional platform is the local legislature, so popularly known as the LocalPeople's Representative Council (DPRD). The key of the success in organizing local government is the capability of the Local People's Representative Council (DPRD) in conducting the three basic functions and plus, namely legislating, budgeting, supervising, and plus representing, simultaneously, proportionally and continously. In the future times, it is urgent to strengthen the structure and institutional capacity of the Local People's Representative Council (DPRD) by means of three agenda, that is (i) to redefine and toconsolidate the position of the Local People's Representative Council (DPRD) as a legislature; (ii) to reinforce the authority of the Local People's Representative Council (DPRD); and (iii) to maximize the capacity of the Local People's Representative Council (DPRD) in performing its all functions. To that end, it is urgent to take an effort in revising Law of 32/2004 and Law of 27/2009. "

Abstract

This study is to analyze and describe the duties, obligations and authorities of local governments based on the provisions of laws and regulations regarding the implementation of sports in the regions where local governments, both provincial and district/city governments, namely in carrying out sports administration can determine and implement sports policies in the regions. based on sports policies and coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the implementation of sports policies in the regions based on sports policies. Local governments implement sports policies by considering regional potential and regional conditions. In addition, in an effort to improve sports achievement in Indramayu Regency, various influential factors emerged, both supporting or hindering. Factors that are supportive are consistent coaches, quality athletes, assistance from the private sector, and the implementation of sporting events. While the inhibiting factors are limited facilities and infrastructure, stunted regeneration of athletes, and funding and these problems in some of the obstacles to athlete achievement, the local government can establish policies in the form of regional regulations.

Abstract

The granting of power to local governments aims to accelerate the realization of welfare for the people in the area through good service, bureaucracy and empowerment. In addition, the regional government is expected to be able to increase regional competitiveness by using all the potential and diversity of the region so that it will also have an impact on the welfare of the regional community. One of the factors that need to be considered by the Regional Government is the economic sector. Local governments need to pay attention to the regional economic sector by paying attention to the potential and diversity of the area so that the area can be economically independent and the local community becomes prosperous. Therefore, local governments can form policies in the form of regional regulations in districts/cities in accordance with their authority in providing empowerment and development to micro, small and medium enterprises.
