Abstract

Kain tenun (Kre Alang) merupakan kain khas Sumbawa yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat baik domestik maupun macanegara. Dusun Sameri desa Poto Kecamatan Moyo Hilir merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki usaha untuk menghasilkan produk kain tenun (Kre Alang) khas Sumbawa. Kain tenun dari Sumbawa ini merupakan salah satu jenis kain tenun yang berkualitas karena ditenun dengan benang emas dan perak sehingga kain tenun terbilang mahal harga jualnya. Pemasaran yang hanya berfokus pada daerah Sumbawa memberikan dampak usaha tenun (Kre Alang) kurang berkembang. Seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk-produk melalui pemanfaatan teknologo informasi. Salah satunya dengan merancang strategi pemasaran berbasis e-commerce. Sehingga hasil penjualan dan pemasaran produk melalui e-commerce dapat memberikan banyak keuntungan secara finansial serta tingginya pembeli. Selain itu luasnya area pemasaran produk sebagai dampak positif dari penerapan E-commerce karena tidak mengenal ruang dan waktu, dapat dilakukan kapan saja dan dimana saja.

Abstract

The rapid growth of financial technology has reshaped students’ financial behavior through the widespread use of digital payment systems. This study examines the effects of financial literacy and fintech usage on students’ consumptive behavior, with financial self‑efficacy as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 259 vocational high school students and analyzed with PLS‑SEM. The results show that financial literacy significantly reduces consumptive behavior, while fintech usage significantly increases it. Although financial literacy enhances financial self‑efficacy, self‑efficacy does not significantly influence consumptive behavior nor mediate the tested relationships. These findings indicate that technological convenience outweighs psychological control, highlighting the importance of integrating financial literacy education with behavioral regulation in the digital finance environment.

Abstract

The establishment of a corporate legal framework is essential in providing legal protection for companies, employees, clients, and other stakeholders involved in business activities. In the digital era, rapid business development, particularly in the E-Commerce sector, has created new challenges related to legal compliance. The increasing use of digital platforms has exposed companies to various legal risks, including online fraud, data breaches, privacy violations, and non-compliance with applicable regulations. Therefore, organizations must implement effective strategies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This study aims to analyze the role of Human Resource (HR) Management in maintaining legal compliance within the E-Commerce environment. The research employs a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis based on a comprehensive literature review of relevant laws, regulations, and academic sources. The findings reveal that HR Management plays a strategic role in promoting legal compliance through employee training programs, the development and implementation of internal policies, monitoring employee conduct, and supervising company operations. HR also contributes to fostering a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization. Effective HR management can minimize the risk of legal violations, enhance consumer trust, strengthen corporate reputation, and support long-term business sustainability in the increasingly competitive digital marketplace.
