Abstract

This study was conducted at MTS Muhammadiyah 16 Sei Rampah with the aim of determining the relationship between the physical environment and students' learning comfort, but some obstacles in the learning process are the lack of school facilities and a less conducive environment so that students feel uncomfortable during the learning process, teachers also find it difficult to convey learning in class when some students complain during the learning process because they feel hot and stuffy because there are still some classes that are inadequate in terms of facilities, this greatly affects the learning process of students at school. The growth and development of each student cannot be separated from their interaction with an environment, both in the physical and psychological environment, and the physical environment of the school, as a teacher we must also see the environment in the school so that a student is comfortable in carrying out the learning process at school. Penelitian ini di lakukan di mts muhammadiyah 16 sei rampah dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan fisik terhadap kenyamanan belajar siswa, namun beberapa menjadi hambatan dalam proses pembejaran yaitu kurangnya fasilitas sekolah serta lingkungan yang kurang kondusifsehingga siswa merasa kurang nyaman saat proses pembelajaran, guru juga sulit untuk memnyampaikan pembelajaran di kelas saat beberapa siswa mengeluh saat proses belajar karena merasa gerah dan panas karena masih ada beberapa kelas yang kurang memadai akan fasilitas, hal ini sangat mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran siswa yang ada di sekolah. Tumbuh dan berkembangan nya setiap siswa tidak lepas dari interaksinya dangan suatu lingkungan, baik dalam lingkungan fisik psikis, maupun lingkungan fisik sekolah, sebagai seorang guru kita juga harus melihat suatu lingkungan yang ada di sekolah agar sorang siswa nyaman dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

Modernization is the latest update. Like interactive whiteboards, initially the world of education used blackboards during the learning process, but with the increasingly rapid advances in technology nowadays, blackboards have also turned into interactive whiteboards. The world of education does not want to be left behind by existing technological advances, the world of education will go hand in hand with the progress of technological development and growth at this time. SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Beringin is one of the schools that provides technological facilities in the form of interactive whiteboards and projectors. The school will keep up with current developments. The approach used from the results of the process in using this interactive whiteboard is the observation method with a descriptive pattern approach by conducting observations and interviews with the school and students. So the method used in this approach is very appropriate. The results of the observations are that the SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Beringin school has two interactive screen units and has 4 projectors which can be used as learning media in the classroom. Using an interactive whiteboard can help increase students' motivation and interest in the learning process.
