<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe problem that often arises in various regions is a land dispute that does not yet have an official certificate as proof of ownership. The research approach method is sociological juridical with descriptive analytical research specifications. Arable land dispute with evidence of ownership of land whose land has not been certified (PN Decision Study Number 18/Pdt/2022/PtptkJuncto Number 30/Pdt.G/2021/PnKtp) was won by the defendant because he had evidence of land ownership rights while the plaintiff did not have any evidence. In the case of the PN Decision Number 18/Pdt/2022/PtptkJuncto Number 30/Pdt.G/2021/PnKtp, the legal protection for holders of land rights that have not been certified is preventive and repressive legal protection in good faith as Article 32 and Article 27 PP 24/1997.Keywords: Land Disputes; Property Right; CertificatesABSTRAKMasalah yang sering timbul di berbagai wilayah adalah sengketa tanah garapan yang belum memiliki sertifikat resmi sebagai bukti kepemilikan. Metode pendekatan penelitian yaitu yuridis sosiologis dengan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif analitis. Sengketa tanah garapan yang melibatkan hak milik atas tanah yang tidak bersertifikat dan bukti pendukungnya (Studi Putusan PN Nomor 18/Pdt/2022/Ptptk Juncto Nomor 30/Pdt.G/2021/PnKtp) dimenangkan oleh tergugat karena memiliki alat bukti hak milik atas tanah sedangkan penggugat tidak memiliki bukti apapun. Pada kasus Putusan PN Nomor 18/Pdt/2022/Ptptk Juncto Nomor 30/Pdt.G/2021/PnKtp maka Pemegang hak atas tanah yang tidak bersertifikat diberikan perlindungan hukum, yaitu perlindungan hukum preventif dan represif dengan itikad baik sebagaimana Pasal 32 dan Pasal 27 PP 24/1997.Kata Kunci: Sengketa Tanah; Hak Milik; Sertifikat]]>
