Abstract

Pengaruh Pembelajaran Daring Dengan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Afektif Siswa (Penelitian Siswa Kelas X SMAN 3 Banjar). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar afektif siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari-Juli 2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 3 Banjar sebanyak 4 kelas yang terdiri dari 141 siswa. Sampel penelitian satu kelas yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental dengan sikap afektif. Instrumen penelitian berupa soal angket hasil belajar afektif dengan lima option dan merujuk pada indikator afektif (sikap). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning berpengaruh sangat baik terhadap hasil belajar afektif siswa.

Abstract

Ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) merupakan salah satu komoditas perikanan budidaya yang banyak digemari masyarakat karena memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi, pertumbuhan cepat, serta kemampuan adaptasi yang baik terhadap lingkungan. Dalam kegiatan budidaya, pakan menjadi salah satu faktor utama yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan produktivitas ikan. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan jenis pakan yang tepat sangat penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan budidaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jenis pakan yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan ikan nila. Tiga jenis pakan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu cacing tanah, keong mas (Pomacea canaliculata), dan pelet komersial. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor dengan tiga perlakuan dan sembilan ulangan. Ikan uji yang digunakan memiliki panjang rata-rata 8–10 cm dan berat 8–9 g, dipelihara dalam kolam terpal berukuran 100 × 50 × 50 cm dengan kepadatan 10 ekor per kolam. Pemeliharaan berlangsung selama 60 hari, dan pakan diberikan dua kali sehari secara ad libitum. Parameter yang diamati adalah pertambahan berat dan panjang ikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemberian pakan pelet menghasilkan pertumbuhan ikan nila yang paling optimal dibandingkan dengan pemberian cacing tanah dan keong mas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pakan pelet, yang mengandung komposisi nutrisi lengkap dan seimbang, lebih efektif dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ikan nila. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan pakan pelet sebagai pilihan utama dalam budidaya ikan nila secara intensif.

Abstract

Learning is a process carried out by teachers with their students. In the field, it often occurs rigidly in its implementation and is Teacher Centered so that students are less active in learning activities. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of the Quantum Learning model on students' critical thinking skills in Class XI IPA 1 MA-Al-Kausar Banjar on the subject of the sensory system. The research time was April 13, 2025. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental. With data collection techniques through pretest and posttest with students with a sample size of 20 people. Based on the results of data analysis using the Z test, it was obtained that Zhitung = 3 and Z Tabel = 2.33, then Zhitung> Z Tabel, meaning that the impact of implementing the Quantum Learning learning model has an effect on students' critical thinking skills on the Sensory System material by 0.74 (high category).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of inactivation treatment of silver barb eggs by UV irradiation for 30 seconds (the dose of 991,67 J/m2) or 50 seconds (the dose of 1652,79 J/m2) for damaging the genetic material of silver barb eggs as assessed by abnormal morphology or appearance of the larvae (or haploid), to determine the effectiveness of diploidization by heat shock at 40°C for 90 seconds to silver barb zygote at 10 or 15 minutes from fertilization time, in order to obtain diploid androgenetic of silver barb as assessed by normal morphological larvae (or diploid) similar to the positive control.Results showed that the average fertility among treatments were highly significant difference.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on students' problem-solving skills in Biology subjects. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The participants were 32 students of class X MIPA 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Baregbeg. The instrument used was an essay test designed to measure problem-solving skills, covering indicators such as understanding problems, planning solutions, implementing strategies, and evaluating outcomes. The results showed an increase in the average score from 52.13 (pretest) to 78.25 (posttest), with an N-Gain value of 0.63, categorized as moderate. These findings indicate that the PBL model effectively enhances students’ problem-solving abilities. The problem-based learning process encourages active engagement, critical thinking, and deeper conceptual understanding. This research recommends the consistent implementation of PBL to support contextual and collaborative classroom learning.
