Abstract

This study aims to analyze the obstacles in the implementation of the humanistic approach to improve the discipline of dhuha prayer at SD Islamic Green School Salatiga. The humanistic approach conveys the holistic needs of students, including physiological aspects, security, love and belonging, self-esteem, and self-actualization. In this context, the humanistic approach, This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used include observation to collect information and data related to the implementation of discipline in performing dhuha prayer through humanistic theory, interviews with parties directly involved such as the principal, vice principal, and teachers who accompany students of SD Islamic Green School Salatiga, and documentation to obtain data on student discipline in performing dhuha prayer at SD Islamic Green School Salatiga. Triangulation was employed by the researcher using cooperative techniques of documenting, interviewing, and observation that support one another. According to the study's findings, the idea of humanistic learning theory is understood as optimizing the process of physical and spiritual development, which encompasses the needs for self-actualization or personal growth, security, love, and belonging, as well as physiological or biological needs. Making an agreement with the school community, asking students questions, and playing visually appealing movies are the first steps in enforcing student discipline when conducting the Dhuha prayer.. Obstacles in the humanistic theory approach at SD Islamic Green School Salatiga include low motivation, poor time management, educators who are inconsistent in providing reinforcement, and students who do not yet have an awareness of the importance of discipline. Abstract

This study uses an Islamic approach with a fiqh perspective based on Qawāid Fiqhiyyah to address corruption. This means they combine subjective (based on Islamic views), primordialist (rooted in Islamic religious and cultural identity) and dogmatic (based on strictly applied Qawāid Fiqhiyyah principles) approaches to deal with the complex and dilemmatic problem of corruption. This approach allows them to treat corruption not just as a legal crime, as well as a moral and social problem that needs to be resolved by taking into account religious values ​​​​and the principles of justice and public benefit regulated in Qawāid Fiqhiyyah. In the context of Qawāid Fiqhiyyah, this approach reflects the main principles that focus on justice, community welfare and prevention of damage. Qawāid Fiqhiyyah emphasizes the importance of fair and efficient law enforcement (الضرر يزال - "damage must be eliminated"), maintaining the public benefit (المصلحة العامة - "public interest"), and maintaining moral and religious values ​​(الأمور بمقاصدها - "everything is based on goals"). Confirming the law, improving the economic conditions of officials, and overcoming the culture of hedonism and consumerism are in line with these principles, which ultimately aim to create a just and prosperous society.

Abstract

Abstract: Mental disorders can cause limited independence in carrying out daily activities or Activities of Daily Living (ADL). Spiritual activities are very necessary for people with mental disorders (ODGJ) considering changes in their mental status. This research aims to determine the internalization of spiritual values ​​and independence for ODGJ through Activities of Daily Living (ADL) carried out at the Tirto Jiwo Psychosocial Rehabilitation Home. This research uses qualitative research with a case study type. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews with subjects, namely the management of the Tirto Jiwo Psychosocial Rehabilitation Home, Purworejo, Central Java, and conducting observations, and then the results of the research data were analyzed and then used to discuss the research results. The result of this research is that ODGJ learn to internalize spiritual values ​​to increase the independence of people with mental disorders. A spiritual approach also contributes to increasing self-awareness, inner calm, and emotional control for ODGJ. The integration of spiritual values ​​in rehabilitation programs not only improves mental well-being but also encourages independence and active participation in spiritual activities according to the abilities of ODGJ.   Abstrak: Gangguan jiwa dapat menyebabkan keterbatasan kemandirian dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari atau Activity of Daily Living (ADL). Aktivitas spiritual sangat diperlukan pada orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ) mengingat dalam perubahan status mentalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui internalisasi nilai-nilai spiritual dan kemandirian ODGJ melalui Activity of Daily Living (ADL) yang dilakukan di Panti Rehabilitasi Psikososial Tirto Jiwo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada subyek yaitu pengelola Panti Rehabilitasi Psikososial Tirto Jiwo Purworejo Jawa Tengah, dan juga melakukan observasi, kemudian hasil data penelitian dilakukan analisis data untuk kemudian dipakai untuk pembahasan hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ODGJ belajar melakukan internalisasi nilai-nilai spiritual untuk meningkatkan kemandirian orang dengan gangguan jiwa. Pendekatan spiritual juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesadaran diri, ketenangan batin dan pengendalian emosi ODGJ. Integrasi nilai-nilai spiritual dalam program rehabilitasi tidak hanya meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental, tetapi juga mendorong kemandirian dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan spiritual sesuai dengan kemampuan ODGJ.
