Abstract

Resilience is an individual's effort to be able to stay on a positive path in facing challenges or obstacles that can create stress. Resilience can be done by everyone, including factory employees. There are many actions that factory workers can take to avoid work stress, one of which is maximizing resilience. The aim of this research is to explain the picture of resilience in factory employees The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection using interviews. The informants in this research were 4 people who were working in a factory. The main result of this research is that the majority of employees from various factories in Boyolali who were sources in this research already have a good level of resilience. This can be explained that every employee who is under stress does not immediately have negative emotions. Apart from that, employees are able to manage stress well, this is because the regulations that employees have are relatively good

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran umum subjective well-being yang ditinjau dari aspek kognitif dan afektif, dan kontribusi faktor-faktor pembentuk subjective well-being terhadap tingkat subjective well-being pada pelaku wirausaha di Surakarta. Subjective well-being dijelaskan sebagai evaluasi subyektif seseorang mengenai kehidupannya, mencakup kepuasan menyeluruh terhadap hidup yang ditandai dengan tingginya afek positif dan rendahnya afek negatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur, informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku wirausaha yang berjumlah delapan orang. Dari delapan informan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata subjective well-being pelaku wirausaha di Surakarta dominan pada afek positif. Rata-rata pelaku wirausaha di Surakarta menyukai kehidupan mereka dan merasa bahwa segala sesuatu berjalan dengan baik. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya yang tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian dengan tema yang sama, diharapkan untuk memperdalam faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi subjective well-being pada pelaku wirausaha seperti jenis kelamin dan usia. Informan yang diteliti juga perlu ditambah dengan latar belakang yang bervariasi.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of work stress in early adulthood who work in Desa Jatilor, Kecamatan Godong, Kabupaten Grobogan, Jawa Tengah. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews. Data collection involved 7 people with early adulthood who were working and came from Desa Jatilor, Kecamatan Godong, Kabupaten Grobogan, Jawa Tengah. The results showed that all subjects almost experienced the same response when experiencing work stress. Like their heart beats fast and their emotions become unstable. And responses that are not experienced by all subjects such as not reducing interactions with people, not delaying doing work, and the relationship of all subjects with subject friends does not establish when the worm experiences work stress
