Abstract

The implementation of SBM aims to empower educational institutions to manage independently, increase cooperation with related parties, and increase school accountability and transparency. This study explores the impact of SBM implementation on educational practice through a strategic leadership approach. Using library research methods, this research analyzes the contribution of SBM in improving the effectiveness of school management, focusing on the key role of school principals in leading initiatives and managing resources optimally. The research results show that effective leadership from the school principal plays a central role in the successful implementation of SBM, through active involvement in achieving the set goals and building commitment with relevant stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of technology in improving the effectiveness of school principals’ leadership by utilizing a literature reviews methodology. Relevant studies and sources were analyzed to examine how technology facilitates school management, data-driven decision-making, communication, and resource management. The findings reveal that digital-based management systems, analytics tools, and communication platforms help principals streamline administrative tasks, evaluate performance, and foster collaboration within the school community. Additionally, technology offers opportunities for professional development and strengthens engagement with stakeholders through social media and websites. However, challenges such as digital literacy gaps and data security concerns persist. Addressing these challenges is crucial for maximizing the potential of technology. The study concludes that the strategic and effective use of technology not only enhances school leadership but also contributes to creating better learning environments and improving educational quality. Continuous innovation and study are necessary to ensure technology remains a key driver in leadership effectiveness and satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merangkum serta mendeskripsikan bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka (Library Research). Pada lembaga pendidikan kepala sekolah mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting, kepala sekolah mengarahkan lembaga pendidikannya untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan penerapan komunikasi interpersonal dalam menjalankan peran kepala sekolah sebagai seseorang yang memempengaruhi, mengarahkan, memotivasi dan menginspirasi. Dengan penerapan komunikasi interpersonal diharapkan terjadi perubahan sikap dan prilaku guru dan tenaga kependidikan dan tujuan pendidikan dengan mudah dapat tercapai karena semua warga sekolah memiliki pemahaman informasi yang sama dan berdampak pada pelaksanaan program pencapaian tujuan sekolah.
