Abstract

This research discusses the application of the penta helix model in the development of the Taman Langit tourist village in Bengkuang Hill, Bengkaung village, Gunungsari sub-district, West Lombok district, NTB. The penta helix model emphasizes the important role of five main actors, namely government, community, business people, media and academics, in building and developing tourism destinations. Harmonious collaboration between these five factors is considered very crucial for the smooth development of village tourism. In the context of the Taman Langit tourist village, the government has a role as a provider of tourism access and infrastructure, while the community and business people act as the main actors who run and develop village tourism. The media functions as a promotional tool, while historians provide direction, consultation and predictions regarding the development of village tourism. Through the penta helix approach, it is hoped that people from various sectors can enjoy the positive benefits resulting from the development of the Taman Langit tourist village. This research uses a type of library study (library research) with secondary data in the form of literature such as books, journals, magazines and websites that are relevant to the research. Abstract

This article aims to discuss the philosophy of life of Stoicism , focusing on the concept of the dichotomy of control and control bias. Stoicism teaches individuals to understand the limits of control over their lives and encourages a focus on things that are within control, such as actions, thoughts, and attitudes, rather than getting caught up in things that are beyond control. This concept provides a futuristic space to face problems in a wiser and more mature way. Stoicism emphasizes the importance of surviving in the midst of impermanent life changes, and making every challenge an opportunity to learn to become a better person. Then the criticism of Stoicism , especially related to the illusion of control bias. This bias refers to the human tendency to believe that everything can be controlled or that they have absolute knowledge of all phenomena. This illusion can create a sense of overconfidence and errors in assessing situations, which is contrary to the Stoic principle of awareness of the limitations of control. Abstract

This study aims to explain what the traditional music art of Gendang Beleq is and how this traditional art builds the values ​​of people's lives in Lombok. This study uses a qualitative method with a socio-cultural approach, using the Postmodern paradigm. This study uses documentation techniques by collecting primary and secondary data from library sources including books, journals, website articles, magazines, and others. In this study, the results of the study found that Gendang Beleq is a traditional music art from Lombok not only as entertainment, but also reflects the cultural richness and identity of the Sasak people. Used in traditional events such as weddings and circumcisions, this art has a historical role as a driving force for fighting spirit, religious as a spiritual medium, and philosophical in teaching the values ​​of perseverance and wisdom. In addition to strengthening social solidarity and teaching cooperation, Gendang Beleq also functions as an educational medium to preserve tradition. Although born from the past, this art remains relevant and is an important symbol in the lives of the Lombok people

Abstract

This article aims to explain the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) or Free Lunch program which is the mainstay vision and mission of President and Vice President Prabowo-Gibran. This article uses a qualitative method with literature study data sources through a descriptive-analytical approach. The Free Meals program has a noble goal, one of which is to improve quality and healthy Human Resources (HR) to produce a great and golden generation in 2045. Although there is a question mark, how can this program run well if in one day the budget needs 800 billion, where does the budget come from to run the Free Nutritious Meals program every day. Of course the debate on this matter is still not over, especially since the Free Lunch issue is about nutritional standards, not about free expensive food.

Abstract

This article aims to explain how positivism is used to obtain knowledge and truth on the internet and social media. This study uses a qualitative method with a narrative-philosophical approach by examining the phenomenon of obtaining information on the internet and social media in August Comte's positivism analysis. This study focuses on a literature review as a source of data. The positivist school emphasizes that truth must be obtained through facts, verification, and confirmation. Auguste Comte describes the journey of human knowledge through three stages: theological, metaphysical, and finally positivistic, where scientific facts become the main basis of understanding. In today's digital age, the flood of information from the internet and social media brings new challenges, as not all information that is disseminated can be trusted. Thus, the positivist approach is important as a tool for sorting out the truth by verifying, analyzing, and confirming information before accepting it as valid knowledge.

Abstract

This article explains Indonesia's golden opportunity as the host of the G20 Presidents event in 2021-2022 and the benefits and great opportunities for Indonesia in the tourism sector. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The G20 is a cooperation forum consisting of 20 countries formed to discuss financial and non-financial issues such as anti-corruption, digitalization, and women's empowerment. The existence of this forum itself is very important for each member country, including Indonesia as one of the members of the G20 Presidents. Thus, the holding of the G20 Presidents forum in Indonesia is a great opportunity for the Indonesian nation to introduce Indonesia as widely as possible to other nations. Especially in the tourism sector, with the hope of showing the world that Indonesia is a nation that is very rich in various resources. So that it can be a great opportunity for Indonesia to cooperate with other countries for the benefit of its own country in the economic aspect after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain how the concept of love is interpreted, love is a mystery that is always hot to discuss, and even love has existed since the first humans, namely Adam and Eve. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative, using a library research approach with documentation data collection techniques. The research results obtained are: 1) Understanding love is not only about having feelings or fighting for them, but also about having emotional readiness to face negative consequences, such as heartbreak. Practicing self-defense in love, such as through self-dichotomy and an antifanatic attitude towards falling in love, can help a person face love more calmly and wisely. 2) True love certainly exists, at least he understands self-maturation and is aware of the importance of understanding love. When they grow and develop into people full of art. That's when they understand love as eros, agape and selfssness. Love can be studied, understood, worked for and fought for even though it is without reason and full of sacrifice.

Abstract

This research reviews the profile and political thoughts of Muhammad Abduh, a thinker, theologian and reformer of Islamic reform in Egypt at the beginning of the 19th century. Even though he was born in 1849 AD / 1265 AH, the date and year of Muhammad Abduh's birth are not known for certain because of his family's habit of not prioritizing recording. He grew up as a farmer and experienced early education in memorizing the newspaper. Abduh supports democracy and the establishment of laws that are in line with Islamic values. He emphasized the need to limit power with a constitution and detailed the principles of democracy and the establishment of separate but cooperative government institutions. In his view, the government must provide citizens' rights, listen to criticism, and maintain the welfare of society. This research describes the life journey, political thoughts, and contribution of Muhammad Abduh in formulating a moderate view of social and political change in the Islamic world during his time.
