Abstract

Pengadaan bahan pustaka di perpustakaan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas perpustakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana pengadaan koleksi Perpustakaan STMIK Triguna Dharma dan bagaimana cara mengelolanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mencari dan mengumpulkan informasi yang relevan dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan hasil riset yang pernah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perpustakaan STMIK Triguna Dharma merupakan salah satu perpustakaan perguruan tinggi yang mempunyai koleksi tentang manajemen dan teknologi informasi di Medan.  Perpustakan STMIK Triguna Dharma Medan mengolah, merawat, mengoleksi, dan mendayagunakan koleksi yang dimiliki untuk keperluan pemustaka. Untuk sumber pengadaan koleksi hanya dari mahasiswa, koleksi perpustakaan tersebut berupa buku, skripsi, dan laporan praktek. Library Procurement Strategy in the Library STMIK Triguna Dharma. Procuring library materials has a vital role in improving the quality of the library. This research aims to determine how to procure and manage STMIK Triguna Dharma Library collections. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. Data collection techniques are used to search and collect relevant information from various sources such as books, journals, and research results. The results showed that STMIK Triguna Dharma Library is one of the university libraries with a management and information technology collection in Medan. STMIK Triguna Dharma Medan Library processes, maintains, collects, and utilizes the collections owned for users' needs. For the source of collection procurement only from students, the library collection is in the form of books, theses, and practice reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of product promotion, service, and customer satisfaction training on the competitiveness of SMEs on the Go-Food platform. Additionally, this research aims to identify strategies that can enhance visibility, sales, and customer loyalty. The research methods used include analyzing product quality, service quality, promotion, and customer satisfaction. This approach includes the use of social media, SEO, paid advertising, and loyalty programs. Data was collected through surveys and customer feedback. The research findings indicate that effective training in product promotion and service can improve customer satisfaction and the competitiveness of SMEs. The implementation of strategies such as the use of social media and loyalty programs has proven to increase visibility and sales. Quick and professional responses to customers, as well as maintaining cleanliness standards and product quality, also contribute positively. Therefore, it can be concluded that training on product promotion, service, and customer satisfaction is crucial for enhancing the competitiveness and success of SMEs on the Go-Food platform. With the right strategies, SMEs can achieve long-term growth and improve customer loyalty.

Abstract

Default is the non- fulfillment of the debtor’s obligations towards the creditor as previously agreed or in an agreement where one or both parties bound in an agreement do not carry out the obligations or achievements written in the agreement. According to article 1338 paragraph (1), the agreement made by the parties is law for those who make it. The credit agreement in the Wahana Makmur cooperative, Ujung Batu District, in which there was a default between the debtor and the creditor, in which the debtor did not make installment credit as previously promised by the cooperative due to the debtor’s declining economic situation and prioritizing other needs so that the installment credit was neglected. Defaults that occur result in losses for the Wahana Makmur cooperative. This research aims to determine the implementation and resolution of defaults between debtors and creditors in credit agreements at the Wahana Makmur cooperative, Ujung Batu District. The research method used is sociological or empirical research, namely interviews with the parties contained in the agreement as a data collection tool. In this research, the author conducted direct research at the research location to obtain data, materials and information related to this research. The conclusion that can be obtained from the results of this research is that regarding the implementation of the cooperative money loan credit agreement between the debinar party and the creditor which was agreed upon by the parties, it could not be implemented properly because the debtor was in default by not paying the credit installments. Settlement of defaults that occur in cooperative money loan credit agreements between debtors and creditors can be done by means of litigation and non-litigation, which is through litigation, namely through court and non-litigation or outside of court, namely through negotiation, communication, consultation mediation and expert opinions

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam Pembangunan ekonomi nasional, terutama di desa. Sektor kuliner menjadi salah satu pilar karena permintaan pasar relatif stabil dan peluang pengembangan produk tinggi. Namun, UMKM kuliner di Desa Sembawa Mulia, Kecamatan Sembawa, masih menghadapi kendala, seperti rendahnya literasi keuangan, keterbatasan pencatatan transaksi, serta minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan pelaku UMKM kuliner melalui pendekatan praktis dan partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung pada aspek manajemen keuangan, strategi pemasaran digital, inovasi produk, dan branding. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam pencatatan keuangan sederhana, penggunaan media sosial untuk promosi, serta penerapan kemasan produk yang lebih menarik. Evaluasi menunjukkan 70% peserta konsisten mencatat keuangan, 65% memanfaatkan media sosial, dan 40% melakukan inovasi produk. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendampingan praktis dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM kuliner serta memperkuat ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of shorof learning on students' Quranic reading ability. Shorof learning is a branch of Arabic language science that studies changes in word form and their influence on meaning. By understanding shorof, students are expected to more easily recognize word forms in the Quran, thereby improving their reading skills according to the rules of tajwid. This study used a qualitative method with a literature study approach and limited observations of students at an Islamic junior high school (madrasah tsanawiyah). Data were collected through classroom observations, teacher interviews, and document review. The results indicate that shorof learning significantly contributes to improving Quranic reading ability, particularly in terms of fluency, accuracy, and understanding of word structure. The conclusion of this study confirms that integrating shorof into Quranic learning is crucial as a strategy to improve students' Quranic reading competence.
