Abstract

Abstract: At the end of the year, there is an abundance of reports because students tend to collect reports after the finance officer's deadline for reporting accountability (LPJ) for student activities. By waterfall approach with the task scheduler feature, the LPJ FT UM application was created. It can handle several aspects of LPJ and also reminding students to submit activity reports quickly. This tool streamlines and reduces the amount of time students need to handle LPJ operationally. Monitoring the status of LPJs sent by students will be simple for finance officers. Based on operational test this apps reach 93 percent, so it’s very worthy to use.

Abstract

Abstract: The student advising application that utilizes the First In First Out (FIFO) algorithm has been successfully integrated with the Thesis and Final Project Information System (SISINTA) and the Administrative Information System (SIADMIN). This application manages the advising process by following the laboratory room scheduling workflow, starting with schedule input by the room staff, time plotting by the faculty, and student reservations. The FIFO algorithm ensures a fair and transparent advising order. The waterfall development method includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The application supports reservation, verification, monitoring, and scheduling features, and operates 100 percent as expected, enhancing efficiency and transparency.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement the SISPEDA Application (Fund Submission Information System) as a basis for routine Work Down Payment (UMK) submissions and activities at the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Malang, with a focus on increasing financial accountability and transparency in the context of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology consisting of planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance stages. Primary data were collected through interviews and observations of potential users, namely administrative staff and lecturers at the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Malang. The results of the unit testing trial, SISPEDA can run 100% so it is suitable for use. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SISPEDA has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of the fund submission process by significantly reducing the time required. Overall, this study concludes that SISPEDA makes a positive contribution to improving financial governance at the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Malang and can be used as a model for the development of fund management information systems in other higher education institutions.
