Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis risiko penggunaan aplikasi MyTelu di lingkungan pendidikan Universitas Telkom dengan menggunakan metode FMEA berdasarkan framework ISO 27001 tahun 2022. Identifikasi aset kritis, ancaman, dan risiko dilakukan melalui kuis kepada pengguna aplikasi. Penilaian risiko mengacu pada tingkat keparahan, kemungkinan terjadinya, dan kemampuan deteksi, yang dihitung menjadi Risk Priority Number (RPN). Hasil perhitungan RPN menunjukkan terdapat enam risiko yang berkategori high risk, dengan nilai RPN tertinggi adalah 560 yang terkait kegagalan switch core. Mitigasi risiko yang diperlukan meliputi penyediaan redundansi, peningkatan keamanan akses, dan penerapan prosedur manajemen perubahan yang ketat. Dengan implementasi langkah-langkah mitigasi yang tepat, risiko-risiko tersebut dapat dikelola secara efektif, memastikan keberlangsungan operasional dan keamanan aplikasi MyTelu bagi pengguna di lingkungan Universitas Telkom.

Abstract

In the continuously evolving digital era, technology-based applications like Gojek have become an integral part of daily life. While offering numerous conveniences, the use of these applications also entails various risks for both users and service providers. Therefore, this study aims to identify these risks using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method, which helps in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach involving a random sample of Gojek users. Data were collected through questionnaires assessing the three main FMEA parameters: Severity, Occurrence, and Detection. Risk analysis was conducted on three asset categories: Information/Data, Software, and People. Each risk was then analyzed to determine the Risk Priority Number (RPN), indicating the priority of risk management based on its potential impact. The study results show that data leakage from merchant partners and discrepancies in Gofood orders are the highest RPN risks requiring immediate attention. By identifying and assessing these risks, it is hoped that Gojek can take appropriate mitigation steps to enhance security and user satisfaction.

Abstract

Background: Grass Jelly Village (Cincau) based Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Surabaya, Indonesia, has started digitalization by building a website profile to promote their products. However, they need help managing the website and selling their brands since they have lower digital literacy resources, and their website only has a single admin. Contribution: This community service program contributes to enhancing digital literacy in Grass Jelly Village by providing structured training in digital marketing and website management, aiming to empower local residents in utilizing digital platforms for economic and social development. Method: The course process involves three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Preparation includes analyzing requirements and designing course materials, followed by practical implementation, and evaluation consists of evaluating the course through feedback and evaluation forms. Results: Based on the satisfaction survey on digital marketing training received a score of 89.33%, copywriting training received a score of 85%, website training received a score of 90.66%. Then there is a satisfaction survey on the speaker by getting a score of 92%. Conclusion: The digitalization training for Grass Jelly Village's MSMEs was highly effective, resulting in enhanced digital literacy and improved business practices. The program's long-term sustainability is supported by follow-up strategies, including forming a dedicated digital team and ongoing mentorship.

Abstract

The use of information technology in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector for processing fishery products at PT. Anugrah Laut Indonesia plays an important role in improving operational efficiency and industrial competitiveness. However, most of the company's core business processes are not yet running optimally due to the absence of an integrated system architecture blueprint as a guide for information system development. This condition has resulted in key operational activities, such as sales, raw material procurement, production, and distribution, not being adequately documented and integrated. Therefore, it is necessary to design an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) architecture that integrates information technology to align business needs and improve operational efficiency. This study uses a qualitative approach, with architecture design based on The Open Group Architecture Framework, Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM), and focuses on three main phases: Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, and Information System Architecture. The results of this study are in the form of an IT blueprint design that describes the integration of key business processes, data requirements, and information system plans to support improved operational efficiency and decision making.

Abstract

Abstrak - Manufaktur Energi Nusantara merupakan perusahaan jasa di bidang otomotif yang membutuhkan sistem digital untuk mendukung operasional dan pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah pencatatan data penjualan yang masih manual, sehingga menyulitkan proses rekapitulasi dan perencanaan stok. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun website prediksi penjualan menggunakan metode Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA). Data yang digunakan berupa transaksi penjualan produk dan jasa konversi motor bensin ke listrik dari Januari 2021 hingga Januari 2024. Website dikembangkan dengan PHP dan CSS di Visual Studio Code. Model terbaik yang diperoleh adalah SARIMA (2,0,2)(0,0,1)[12], dengan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 14,32%, yang menunjukkan akurasi prediksi dalam kategori baik. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna memasukkan data baru dan memperoleh hasil prediksi secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SARIMA dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk memprediksi pola penjualan yang bersifat musiman. Dengan adanya website prediksi ini, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mendukung keputusan bisnis berbasis data. Kata kunci— Website, SARIMA, Prediksi, Penjualan, Akurasi

Abstract

Abstrak — Kendala Satuan Penjaminan Mutu (SPM) dalam penyampaian informasi yang kurang efisien, menyebabkan pelayanan Satuan Penjaminan Mutu (SPM) kurang responsif. Sehingga dibutuhkannya chatbot yang merespon secara cepat dan tepat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan chatbot berbasis deep learning dengan arsitektur BERT untuk layanan Satuan Penjaminan Mutu (SPM) sebagai platform pembantu. Tujuannya adalah untuk memaksimalkan pencarian data dan penyampaian informasi yang efisien kepada pengguna. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data mentah dari SPM (Penelitian, Pengabdian, Prestasi, Mahasiswa, dan Dosen dari 2019-2024), pra-pengolahan data (tokenisasi, padding, label encoding), dan pengembangan model BERT yang diintegrasikan dengan platform Telegram. Evaluasi model melalui 15 percobaan menunjukkan performa optimal pada konfigurasi tertentu dengan akurasi tinggi dan tingkat kesalahan rendah, terbukti dari F1-score kelas positif mencapai 0.9831. Meskipun terdapat sedikit ketidaksesuaian pada satu skenario pengujian black-box dan adanya cold start pada respons awal chatbot, hasil kuesioner pengguna secara keseluruhan menunjukkan kepuasan tinggi terhadap kemudahan penggunaan dan kecepatan respons. Implementasi chatbot ini diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi layanan SPM, meskipun perlu penambahan variasi data pelatihan dan deployment ke server untuk optimalisasi lebih lanjut.
