Abstract

Developments regarding technology and information are illustrated by the existence of internet media devices that can be controlled by electronic devices including computers. Technology has an important impact on the understanding of criminal acts, especially schools of criminology which emphasize the object factors in the form of humans, which are seen physically and psychologically. One of the crimes by abusing technological advances that are electronic and information is defamation of the good name of other parties on social media through electronic media devices. Freedom of opinion is seen in Article 28 (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. However, there are also prohibitions to prevent defamation. The arrangement is contained in the Criminal Code (KUHP). There are also various laws providing regulations regarding acts of defamation of names. In addition to the lex generalis provisions in criminal law, there are also lex specialis provisions in non-criminal law, namely Law number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, Law Number 40 of 1999 concerning the Press, and Law Number 32 of the year 2002 Regarding Broadcasting.

Abstract

The field of meaning can be understood as a group of words that present a series of interrelated meanings. Every process of understanding the meaning of words requires accuracy to understand the meaning before and after it. Hadits is one of the things that is urgent to study the field of its meaning so that humans understand matan in depth. Specifically in HR. Imam Bukhari No. 7400 regarding recommendations for choosing a partner in Islam. The author describes the purpose of this research: (1) to describe the field of meaning in HR. Imam Bukhari No. 7400 regarding recommendations for choosing a partner in Islam (2) Describe the essence of HR. Imam Bukhari No. 7400 regarding recommendations for choosing a partner in Islam. The method used in gathering information to present valid data is to use a qualitative research method with analytic descriptive type. Meanwhile, the hadith research techniques use the tashih method, the takhrij method, the tahlili method, the takwil method, and the tathbiq method. Researchers can present results by drawing conclusions (1) the meaning field of HR. Imam Bukhari No. 7400 regarding recommendations for choosing a partner in Islam, there are interrelated meanings and there are also several sentences containing fi'il mudhori 'mabni li al-majhul, naib al-fa'il, and so on (2) according to HR. Imam Bukhari No. 7400 that in Islam choosing a partner there are four aspects that are the most important factors in a household, namely wealth, lineage, beauty, and strong religion. Abstract

This KOSBARAB learning media is a media that appears with an Android model in which there is a creation of practice questions with Arabic vocabulary discussion material. The scope of the KOSBARAB application includes istima', qiro'ah, kalam, and khitabah. This application provides text, sound and image displays, making it easier for students to use it. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out more comprehensively about implementation, supporters and obstacles, as well as improving Arabic language skills for class X MA Bahrul Ulum Tambak Beras Jombang through the KOSBARAB learning media. The method determined by the researcher is a qualitative method. The results of this finding are in the form of an increase in students' ability to speak Arabic during Arabic language lessons because they can use the application in a fun way, but there are also several obstacles, such as there is a quiz on guessing words where the placement of the quiz questions is random among the material that has been provided, but it should be The quizzes are grouped according to the material list, and students also have difficulty pulling the buttons on the guess the word quiz.
