Abstract

Background: The firm value is a crucial metric that accurately represents financial performance. Various elements influence the worth of a company inside the framework of a constantly changing worldwide market. These factors are crucial for managers, investors, and stakeholders. Establishing public trust is a crucial factor in enabling success. In 1998, Indonesia faced a monetary crisis triggered by inadequate implementation of corporate governance. Having a CGPI as a business controller enhances the comprehension of the many aspects that impact the value of a firm. Implementing GCG is an essential strategy for continually enhancing the value of a business. Objective: This research examines how the CGPI acts as a moderator, influencing the impact of profitability, dividend policy, and earnings management on firm value. Methods: This study applies a quantitative approach using purposive sampling. The object of research is companies listed on the CGPI, with data sources from the IDX and the results of the IICG assessment from 2017-2021. Methods of data analysis using Moderate Regression Analyze (MRA) with SPSS 29. Results: The research results demonstrate how businesses inform investors and lend credibility to signalling. This suggests that characteristics that influence a firm's value might be used as indicators to make decisions regarding investments. Moreover, the utilization of CGPI indicates improved financial results, suggesting efficient and clear earnings management. The CGPI effectively prevents managers from engaging in opportunistic earnings management. Conclusion: Various factors, including profitability, dividend policy, and earnings management, impact a business's value. Establishing the CGPI is essential to encouraging sustainable growth in corporate valuation.   Keywords: Dividend Policy; Profitability; Earnings Management; Firm Value.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Singlong Brother Industrial di Serang - Banten baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling teknik jenuh yaitu menggunakan sampel sebanyak 60 responden dari seluruh populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah  uji analisis regresi linier.  Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis kompensasi diperoleh nilai thitung 3.604 > ttabel 1.671 dan diperkuat oleh nilai  ρ value < Sig.0,05 atau nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05) dan disiplin kerja diperoleh nilai thitung 5.732 > ttabel 1.671 dan diperkuat oleh nilai  ρ value < Sig.0,05 atau nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil penelitian  kompensasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Singlong Brother Industrial di Serang Banten ditunjukkan oleh nilai Fhitung (52.625 > Ftabel 3.16) dan diperkuat oleh nilai signifikansi < 0,00 (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the intense competition between Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in attracting consumer interest in products so that they can increase their business competitiveness. One way that can be done is to implement a marketing strategy. The research approach used is qualitative research which uses descriptive research. The method used in collecting data is observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that first, the marketing strategy used by MSME grocery stores in Sumber Rahayu Village is market segmentation, market target, market position, and marketing mix. Second, there are opportunity and threat factors that influence the marketing strategy of MSME grocery stores in Sumber Rahayu Village. Third, the number of production and number of sales of MSME products in grocery stores in Sumber Rahayu Village has increased from year to year.
