Abstract

Abstrak. Supervisi akademik adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh suatu instansi pendidikan untuk membina dan meningkatkan kualitas guru dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan kegiatan supervisi akademik di MTs SA Miftahul Falah, mulai dari perhitungan skor hasil supervisi dan pencarian hasil supervisi, karena kegiatan supervisi akademik masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, dan tidak adanya pemeringkatan hasil supervisi menyulitkan supervisor dalam menentukan prioritas layanan evaluasi hasil supervisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi supervisi akademik dengan metode weight product. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model RAD (Rapid Application Development), yaitu perencanaan kebutuhan, desain pengguna, pengembangan, dan implementasi produk. Serta tools yang digunakan adalah UML (Unified Modelling Language) dengan dibuatkan rancangan use case, activity, sequence dan class diagram. Metode weight product diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pemeringkatan hasil supervisi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah sistem informasi supervisi akademik dengan metode weight product yang dapat membantu MTs SA Miftahul Falah dalam mengelola dan melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi akademik. Selain itu, sistem yang dirancang dapat memberikan output berupa dua jenis laporan yaitu laporan per individu guru, dan laporan hasil pemeringkatan.

Abstract

The wage management of daily workers in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often faces challenges due to manual record-keeping systems that are vulnerable to inaccuracies and delayed payments. This study aims to develop a digital wage management system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework and to explore effective managerial strategies for optimizing payroll processes through digital transformation, with a case study at MSME PD. Intan Bestari. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, incorporating data collection methods such as in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation analysis. The system development followed six structured SDLC phases: planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The research findings reveal that the developed system effectively automates various components of wage management, including employee attendance tracking, production output recording, wage calculation, and worker loan administration. The management strategies applied to support this system include an Operational Efficiency Strategy, which emphasizes process automation, standardization of administrative procedures, and centralized data handling to enhance accuracy and speed. Furthermore, a Digital Transformation Strategy was implemented by adopting SDLC-based technological solutions, ensuring system flexibility (agility), and enabling cross-functional integration between payroll, production, and procurement units. The implementation of this integrated digital system has significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced errors in data processing, accelerated wage disbursement, and enhanced transparency in wage administration at PD. Intan Bestari. This study offers valuable insights for MSMEs seeking to modernize their wage management practices, highlighting the critical role of strategic management in successful digital transformation.

Abstract

Many culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) still rely on manual sales data management, which often causes reporting delays, recording errors, and limited managerial access to information. This condition is also found at CV. Resto Platina Lestari, where sales transactions and report preparation are not yet supported by an integrated computerized system. This study aims to design and implement a web-based sales information system and evaluate its contribution to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of sales data management compared to the existing manual process. The research adopts an applied system development approach using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation analysis to understand organizational needs and existing workflow limitations. The developed system integrates ordering, transaction processing, payment management, and automated sales reporting within a single platform. The findings indicate that the system improves reporting timeliness, reduces data recording errors, enhances transaction traceability, and provides more structured access to managerial information. The implementation of the web-based system also supports better operational coordination among multiple actors and contributes to more data-driven decision-making processes in culinary MSMEs.
