Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan masalah ekonomi paling mendesak untuk segera diatasi. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kemiskinan umat Islam di Indonesia adalah dengan memerdayakan zakat karena merupakan salah satu rukun islam yang memiliki dua dimensi, yaitu dimensi ketuhanan dan dimensi kemanusian. Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajeman Strategis BAZNAS dalam Pengetasan Kemiskinan Pada BAZNAS Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menetapkan keyinforman sebagai instrument penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan manajeman strategi BAZNAS Provinsi NTB dalam pengelolaan zakat untuk penetasan kemiskinan anatara lain ; 1) penentapan mustahik, 2) penghimpunan zakat secara digital, 3) meingkatkan Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ). Dan menjalankan 5 program BAZNAS Provinsi NTB dalam mengetasi kemiskinan.

Abstract

The results of this research are that social capital, in this case the elements of social capital, consist of participation in a network, namely through family, friends, relatives, even neighbors and also through social media as a means for them to expand their business network. ; reciprocity, where they prioritize collaboration rather than competition; trust, they always maintain communication and provide good service to customers, by maintaining their attitude and words; social norms, the rules they use are the rules that have been taught by their parents and religion, such as rules for social relations. These social relations rules include rules for speaking, behaving (ethics and responsibility), and interacting with others; and value, namely in the form of product quality, innovation and creativity, regarding product quality, home industry players really prioritize product quality in terms of taste, cleanliness and tidiness of the product, regarding innovation and creativity are still minimal, especially in terms of product packaging which is still traditional. So, most of the elements of social capital have been implemented by home industry players in the Tembelok area in running their businesses, and this social capital has resulted in sustainable sustainability of their businesses.

Abstract

Indonesia’s tourism sector holds significant economic and cultural potential, contributing 4.5% to the national GDP in 2022 while supporting millions of jobs. However, the industry faces pressing challenges, including environmental degradation, social inequities, and uneven resource distribution. This study examines the roles of governance and technology in addressing these issues, proposing strategies to enhance sustainability, equity, and resilience in tourism management. By leveraging collaborative governance and smart tourism technologies, the research highlights actionable pathways for inclusive growth. Recommendations emphasize fostering community-based tourism, advancing environmental policies, and bridging the digital divide. These findings provide a comprehensive framework for future policy initiatives and underscore Indonesia’s potential as a global leader in sustainable tourism development.
