Abstract

This research explores the application of Cosine Similarity and TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) techniques for analyzing community complaints in Pertumbukan Village, Wampu District, through a web-based system. The increasing volume of community complaints requires an efficient method to categorize and analyze the ual data, enabling village authorities to prioritize and address the issues more effectively. By implementing Cosine Similarity, the system measures the similarity between complaint documents, helping to identify recurring themes or issues. TF-IDF is used to weigh the importance of terms in the complaint dataset, allowing the system to highlight significant concerns based on the frequency of keywords in each document. The integration of these techniques in a web-based platform offers an accessible and scalable solution for complaint management. The system is tested using real complaint data from the community, and the results show that this approach improves the accuracy and efficiency of complaint categorization. This research contributes to the development of more responsive public service systems in rural areas.

Abstract

PT Anugerah Agro Sawit Perkasa is a company engaged in oil palm plantation and processing that has a high need for accurate and efficient inventory management. However, the inventory recording system that is still done manually or through spreadsheets causes various problems, such as stock data mismatches, potential human errors, and limitations in real-time reporting and stock monitoring. This research aims to design and develop a web-based inventory information system by utilising Dart, Flutter, and Pocketbase technologies. The methodology used is a mixed-method approach that combines quantitative analysis of data accuracy and qualitative analysis through interviews with logistics staff. System development was carried out using an iterative approach, starting from needs analysis, system design using UML, interface and backend implementation, to testing using black-box testing. The final result of this research is a web-based inventory system that can record and monitor incoming and outgoing goods transactions, present stock and transaction reports, and support decision making quickly and accurately. Evaluation of the system shows an increase in efficiency and accuracy of inventory data, while reducing manual workload in the company's operational environment.

Abstract

An effective inventory management system is essential for companies to ensure the availability and accuracy of goods data. 24PROJECT previously used a manual recording method that caused various problems, such as data discrepancies, reporting delays, and potential human error. To overcome these problems, this research aims to design and develop a web-based inventory information system with a Design Thinking approach that focuses on user needs and convenience. The development process is carried out through stages: problem identification, goal setting, literature study, data collection, system analysis, interface design, and system testing. The technologies used in the implementation of this system are Dart, Flutter, and Pocketbase. The results of the research show that the system built is able to record and monitor goods transactions in real-time, present stock and transaction reports accurately, and improve work efficiency and decision making. With a simple, informative, and easy-to-use interface, this system successfully provides an adaptive and effective digital solution for inventory management at 24PROJECT.

Abstract

The increasing need for efficient data management in educational institutions has highlighted the limitations of traditional methods in documenting student offenses. This study focuses on designing an intranet network system for High School 1 Hamparan Perak to streamline the data collection of student offenses using website technology. The proposed system aims to replace manual record-keeping with a centralized, digital platform that enhances data accuracy, accessibility, and security. By leveraging an intranet-based approach, the system ensures that authorized personnel can input, update, and access data in real-time, facilitating better monitoring and analysis of student behavior trends. This study outlines the system's architecture, the benefits of integrating website technology into school operations, and its potential to improve communication among staff members regarding student discipline. The findings suggest that implementing this intranet network system will lead to more organized and responsive management of student offenses, contributing to a more disciplined educational environment.
