Abstract

Over the last few decades, the rice plant has been highly recognized as one of the strongest sources of energy for resource production. Rice plants are cultivated in five regions of the world namely Asia, Africa, America, Europe, and Oceania. Rice is crucial for humans, especially Indonesians. Most of the population of Indonesian citizens work in agriculture, generally rice. Some of the problems that attack rice plants that cause crop failure are the lack of knowledge of farmers in dealing with rice pest problems including rat pests, stem borer pests, brown planthopper pests, green leafhopper pests, golden snail pests, false white pests, ganjur pests. One of the diseases in rice plants is leaf disturbance. The types of diseases on the leaves of rice plants are very diverse, the types of diseases are well recognized by experts. After a new type of disease is identified, a solution can be given to overcome it. However, this type of disease on the leaves of rice plants is sometimes not identified by ordinary people, so that it will result in errors in identifying the type of disease and its treatment. Even experts can make identification mistakes if they are tired or in unfavorable conditions. To overcome this can be identified with computer vision. Computer vision has been widely used in identifying plant disease types. The method used to identify rice plant diseases is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method because this method has the accuracy to detect pests through digital images. Then from this method a system design is carried out in an application software so that it can help farmers identify rice plant diseases.

Abstract

This research explores the application of Cosine Similarity and TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) techniques for analyzing community complaints in Pertumbukan Village, Wampu District, through a web-based system. The increasing volume of community complaints requires an efficient method to categorize and analyze the ual data, enabling village authorities to prioritize and address the issues more effectively. By implementing Cosine Similarity, the system measures the similarity between complaint documents, helping to identify recurring themes or issues. TF-IDF is used to weigh the importance of terms in the complaint dataset, allowing the system to highlight significant concerns based on the frequency of keywords in each document. The integration of these techniques in a web-based platform offers an accessible and scalable solution for complaint management. The system is tested using real complaint data from the community, and the results show that this approach improves the accuracy and efficiency of complaint categorization. This research contributes to the development of more responsive public service systems in rural areas.

Abstract

With the increasing demands for efficient governance and public service delivery, the adoption of digital tools has become essential. The research evaluates the application's impact on reducing processing time, minimizing errors, and improving overall communication within the village administration.

Abstract

Along with current technological developments, the application of information systems in a government agency is needed, because the rapid development of technology requires an agency to use information system technology in supporting performance in data processing to obtain faster and more accurate information, one of which is stunting data processing. This study aims to evaluate how the implementation of the stunting information system can improve the performance of village office employees to support the government to reduce the number of stunting in Pertumbukan Village, Wampu District. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that the implementation of the stunting information system provided a number of benefits for village office staff such as improved performance, operational efficiency, and better ability to share stunting data information. In addition, the stunting information system also makes it easier for village office staff to manage data, monitor stunting residents, and make decisions for prevention and treatment. However, there are challenges such as lack of stunting literacy and limited infrastructure. With proper training and central government support, Pertumbukan Village Office employees in Wampu Sub-district are expected to be able to optimally utilize the stunting information system to improve performance in stunting data processing

Abstract

The development of Information Technology is currently experiencing very rapid progress. Many agencies, both government and private, are trying to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their work through the implementation of computerized information systems. At PT. Primajaya Multi Technology to support the company's performance, an inventory of goods is needed to be used in work such as office supplies, laptops/PCs, printers, and so on. From the author's observations, the inventory of goods does not yet have a computerized system, but inventory data processing is still done manually. in the process of designing the system using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). As the author has explained above, the purpose of making this journal is to build a laptop inventory application system that will be run by admin staff to facilitate the recording of laptop inventory items.

Abstract

Pelatihan Uji Kompetensi Keahlian di SMK Madani Marendal 1 merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang kompeten dan siap kerja. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada para siswa SMK agar dapat mengikuti uji kompetensi sesuai dengan standar industri yang berlaku, sehingga mereka memiliki keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi teori, praktik, serta simulasi ujian kompetensi yang mencakup berbagai bidang keahlian. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tenaga pengajar yang berkompeten serta peralatan yang mendukung proses pembelajaran. Diharapkan, melalui pelatihan ini, para siswa SMK Madani Marendal 1 dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan di dunia industri, serta memiliki sertifikat kompetensi yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing di pasar kerja
