Abstract

This article discusses the harmonization of law in facing the future challenges of notaries in Indonesia in the Cyber Notary era. With the development of technology, traditional notary practices have undergone a significant transformation towards digitalization, creating a need to review the existing legal framework. This article focuses on two main problem formulations. First, the analysis of the suitability of laws and regulations with the needs of Cyber Notary practices in Indonesia. This evaluation includes whether existing regulations, such as the Notary Law, the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights, and the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions are sufficient to support electronic notaries and how legal harmonization can improve the certainty and effectiveness of notary services. Second, the interpretation and adaptation of existing legal principles to address legal and ethical challenges in the Cyber Notary era. This article examines aspects of document validity, personal data protection, and notary responsibilities in the context of digitalization. The main objective is to identify emerging legal challenges and provide recommendations for legal harmonization that can ensure integrity and trust in the notary profession in the digital era.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the economic sectors that has great potential in increasing regional and national income. Bukit Waruwangi tourist attraction located in Serang Regency, Banten Province has great potential to attract both domestic and foreign tourists who contribute directly to the economy through various sectors such as accommodation, transportation, and culinary. Therefore, in the increasingly fierce competition in the tourism industry, an effective marketing strategy is needed to increase the attractiveness and visibility of a tourist attraction, through designing a mascot visual design as a strengthening identity that can be applied to various merchandise.

Abstract

University or College is a place for people or communities who want to study at a higher level. In this University there are several teaching programs, namely Diploma, Bachelor, Master, Doctoral, Professional and Specialist Programs. In organizing education carried out by this University, it is divided into several faculties that carry out scientific and professional education in specific disciplines. Lecturers are educational staff who have special experience in a field of profession that they are pursuing, in teaching in the Postgraduate Notary Program, teachers or lecturers are needed who also hold positions as notaries. However, in practice, this has caused problems because in National law that concerning Notary Positions, a notary is prohibited from holding a position in a business entity, either state-owned or privately owned. This raises a conflict, on the one hand, this Notary is not allowed to hold a position in a business entity, but in terms of the world of education, especially in universities that have a law faculty and a postgraduate program majoring in law, lecturers or teachers who have expertise in the field of notaries are very much needed. However, based on several exceptions and positive laws that indirectly regulate this matter, Government Regulation Number 60 of 1999 concerning Higher Education regulates extraordinary Lecturers, Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, in the eyes of the law, notaries who become lecturers can hold the status of general notary officials and lecturers.
