Marriage in Islam is a sacred and strong bond that aims to maintain self-respect and create a harmonious family life. Islam pays great attention to preserving marriage and preventing rifts that can destroy family harmony. However, in conditions that cannot be maintained, Islam regulates a way out through divorce with wise provisions, including the requirement for witnesses. There are differences of opinion among scholars regarding the requirement of witnesses in divorce. Some scholars do not require witnesses in divorce, while others consider it mandatory. This article examines the background of these differences of opinion and then provides an analysis using the ushul fiqh and maqashid sharia approaches. This approach focuses on a deep understanding of the existing evidence and the use of evidence by scholars to support their opinions. By understanding the concept of maqashid sharia, we can see that the presence of witnesses in divorce is in line with the objectives of Islamic law and provides legal certainty. The obligation to have witnesses in divorce, as also stated in Indonesian Family Law, is a stronger view in maintaining justice and ensuring protection for all parties, especially in dealing with the impact of divorce on children and families.

Islam, as a religion that conveys a message of peace and truth to humanity, has da'wah as one of the important pillars in its spread. In Islam, family and da'wah are a series that cannot be separated. In Islamic preaching, the Prophet and Apostles have played an important role in fulfilling the mission of religion, namely preaching to humans, especially to families. This research will reveal how da'wah to parents is based on the story of the Prophet Ibrahim AS in the Koran as well as the methods and materials used for da'wah. This research is a type of qualitative research by collecting data from the literature. The main sources for this thesis are Classical Tafsir and Contemporary Tafsir. The research metho is a descriptive-analytical method, using thematic interpretation theory in interpreting Al-Qur'an verses regarding the preaching of the Prophet Ibrahim AS to parents based on Classical Tafsir and Contemporary Tafsir. The results of this research found that the preaching of Prophet Ibrahim AS to parents was contained in 7 letters, namely in Q.S. Al-An'am verses 74-79, Q.S. Maryam verses 42-48, Q.S. Anbiya verses 52-56, Q.S. Ash-Shaffat verses 85-86, Q.S. Ibrahim verse 41, Q.S. Ash-Syu'ara verse 86, and Q.S. At-Taubah verse 114. Based on the results of the interpretation of Classical and Contemporary Tafsir, the preaching of Prophet Ibrahim AS to parents was delivered politely and gently. The da'wah material used by Prophet Ibrahim AS according to interpreters of Classical Tafsir and Contemporary Tafsir is monotheism, while the method used by Prophet Ibrahim AS to preach to his parents is with Hikmah and Al-Mau'idzah al-hasanah (giving advice in good language), as well as Da'wah bil hal in preaching to his parents. AbstrakIslam sebagai agama yang menyampaikan pesan kedamaian dan kebenaran kepada umat manusia, memiliki dakwah sebagai salah satu pilar penting dalam penyebarannya. Dalam Islam, keluarga dan dakwah merupakan satu rangkaian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Dalm dakwah islam Nabi dan Rasul telah memainkan peran penting dalam menunaikan misi agama yaitu berdakwah kepada manusia terutama kepada keluarga. Penelitian ini akan mengungkap bagaimana dakwah kepada orang tua berdasarkan kisah Nabi Ibrahim AS dalam Al-Qur’an serta metode dan materi dakwah yang digunakan.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data secara kepustakaan. Sumber utama skripsi ini adalah Tafsir Klasik dan Tafsir Kontemporer. Metode penelitiannya adalah metode deskriptif-analitis, dengan menggunakan teori tafsir tematik dalam menafsirkan ayat Al-Qur’an terhadap dakwah Nabi Ibrahim AS kepada orang tua berdasarkan Tafsir Klasik dan Tafsir Kontemporer. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dakwah Nabi Ibrahim AS kepada orang tua terdapat di dalam 7 surat yaitu dalam Q.S. Al-An’am ayat 74-79, Q.S. Maryam ayat 42-48, Q.S. Anbiya ayat 52-56, Q.S. Ash-Shaffat ayat 85-86, Q.S. Ibrahim ayat 41, Q.S. Asy-Syu’ara ayat 86, dan Q.S. At-Taubah ayat 114. Berdasarkan hasil penafsiran Tafsir Klasik dan Kontemporer bahwa dakwah Nabi Ibrahim AS kepada orang tua disampaikan dengan sopan dan lemah lembut. Adapun materi dakwah yang digunak Nabi Ibrahim AS menurut penafsir Tafsir Klasik dan Tafsir Kontemporer yaitu tauhid sedangkan metode yang digunakan Nabi Ibrahim AS berdakwah kepada orang tuannya yaitu dengan Hikmah dan Al-Mau’idzah al-hasanah (memberikan nasehat dengan bahasa yang baik), serta Dakwah bil hal dalam berdakwah kepada orang tuanya.

The phenomenon of deep-sea darkness described in Q.S. An-Nur: 40 reflects the miraculous nature of the Qur'an in portraying the realities of the universe. This article examines the scientific interpretation of Zaghloul Al-Najjar in Tafsīr al-Āyāt al-Kauniyah fī al-Qur’ān al-Karīm using a qualitative method based on literature studies. This study compares classical interpretations, which view the verse as a parable for the behavior of disbelievers, with a scientific approach explaining the layered darkness in the deep sea. Al-Najjar elucidates that this darkness is caused by clouds, surface waves, internal waves, and the gradual absorption of sunlight's spectrum at specific depths. The discovery of bioluminescence, a natural light produced by deep-sea creatures, further reinforces the scientific relevance of this verse. This fact was only proven through modern technologies like submarines in the 20th century. Al-Najjar's interpretation emphasizes that the Qur'an has the capability to reveal natural phenomena with remarkable accuracy, demonstrating the harmonious relationship between divine revelation and modern science. This article concludes that the scientific approach to Qur'anic exegesis is essential in enriching the understanding of cosmic verses and strengthening the belief in the Qur'an's truth.

This article explores the essence of marriage guardian in the perspective of Surah An-Nisa in the Koran and its relevance in modern society. Surat An-Nisa discusses the laws of marriage and women's rights, including the role of marriage guardian. This study analyzes verses related to marriage guardians and the interpretations of prominent scholars. The results show that the essence of marriage guardians, such as protecting women's rights and giving consent in good faith and being a mediator in resolving conflicts, remains relevant in maintaining a just marriage institution. However, challenges arise in the context of an increasingly inclusive and complex modern society. A solution is needed to integrate Islamic values that respect gender equality with tradition and modernity. An in-depth understanding of the essence of marriage guardians from the perspective of the Koran is important to support healthy and harmonious marriage relations in this era of globalization.Â Â Â

This study aims to explore the teachings of resilience in the story of Prophet Musa's mother as presented in the Qur'an, specifically Q.S Al-Qashash [28]: 7-13, and its urgency for single mothers in the modern era. This narrative contains values of steadfastness, trust in Allah, and strategies to face life's challenges that are relevant to single mothers. Through a thematic approach, this research identifies elements of resilience that can be applied in the daily lives of single mothers. The analysis is conducted using thematic interpretation methods and linked to contemporary social contexts. The findings reveal that the resilience values taught through the story of Prophet Musa's mother can provide inspiration and practical guidance for single mothers in facing various life challenges, such as overcoming economic difficulties, independently educating children, and maintaining psychological well-being. In conclusion, the teachings of resilience in the Qur'an are relevant and significant in supporting single mothers to lead more meaningful and productive lives.

This community service activity was carried out on the basis of assistance because there are still pros and cons to the Qibla direction of the mosque at Syech Ahmad Chatib Islamic boarding school in Balai Gurah, Agam Regency and the need for community knowledge about Qibla direction that needs to be improved. Agam and the need for public knowledge about the direction of the Qibla that needs to be conveyed to the community both in the syech ahmad Chatib Islamic boarding school and the surrounding community. and the surrounding community. This mentoring training uses rashdul Qibla, theodolite and Qibla compass and by using discussion methods, demonstration and mentoring which is packaged in the form of hands-on training in the use of Qibla direction measuring device. Service that is packaged in the form of this training divided into 3 sessions, namely Providing material on Fiqh of Qibla direction, Problematics of Qibla Direction in Indonesia and continued with the practice of using the Qibla direction measuring device with theodilite and Qibla compass. Participants as many as 30 people who are Mosque Imama syech ahmad Chatib and students of the pesantren ahmad Chatib. In this activity, mosque imams were trained to understand the fiqh of the direction of Qibla direction as their basis in answering problems in the community about the the importance of facing the Qibla in terms of performing worship (prayer). Furthermore, the Imam of the mosque is then equipped with the practice of using theodolite tools and qibla compasses. and Qibla compass collaborated with the Qibla direction application.
