Abstract

As the times develop, there will be many new things that emerge because humans will continue to innovate in line with the development of human thought, so to compensate and keep humans from running or getting out of their nature, religion is present to provide binding rules. The writing of this journal aims to find out the rules of contemporary muamalah fiqh as well as to find out what the role of contemporary muamalah fiqh is in the development of sharia-based businesses. The research methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using the library study method (library research) Data collection in this study using the library study method related to theoretical studies and several references that will not be separated from scientific literature. The results of this study are an introduction to contemporary muamalah fiqh such as understanding, scope, rules of fiqh and the object of study of contemporary muamalah fiqh, as well as the role of contemporary muamalah fiqh in sharia-based business development.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the concept of administration and management in general, and to view it from the perspective of the Qur'an. By understanding the principles of Qur'anic management, it is hoped that these values ​​can be applied in everyday life, so that a balance is created between achieving worldly and hereafter goals. In addition, this paper also explores how administration and management in Islam are not only oriented towards efficiency, but also on spiritual values ​​that bring benefits to life in the world and the hereafter. The research methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative research using the library research method. Administration is a joint effort process involving all parties to realize common goals and ideals. The term management actually refers to the process of implementing activities that are completed efficiently with and through the use of others. In the Qur'an, the term management uses yudabbiru, which means organizing, managing, engineering, implementing, taking care of well. Islamic management can be viewed from two sides, namely management as a science and management as an activity. As a science, management is seen as one of the general sciences that was born based on empirical facts that are not related to any values, civilizations (hadharah). However, as an activity, management is seen as a deed that will be held accountable before Allah SWT.

Abstract

Islamic political preaching has become an increasingly significant phenomenon in Indonesia's socio-political landscape. Islamic political institutions develop various da'wah strategies that are adaptive to changing times, ranging from traditional approaches to the use of digital technology. This study analyzes the various da'wah strategies implemented by Islamic political institutions in Indonesia in broadcasting the teachings of Islam. The results show that effective strategies include the integration of Islamic values in the political agenda, the use of social media as a means of da'wah, a moderation approach in political communication, and a systematic cadre program. The main challenge lies in maintaining a balance between da'wah and politics so as not to be trapped in the politicization of religion, while the biggest opportunity lies in developing a moderate Islamic narrative that is relevant to the Indonesian context.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of da'wah promotion in television media on TV One “Damai Indonesiaku” program, on consumer purchasing decisions and increasing sales of Islamic products. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore the meaning, perceptions, and experiences of the figures involved in da'wah promotion and their influence on the sale of Islamic products. This research uses a case study method approach, because this research aims to get a comprehensive picture of the effectiveness of da'wah promotion carried out by “Damai Indonesiaku” TV One. Case studies allow in-depth analysis of the communication process, the preparation of da'wah content, and their impact on the sale of Islamic products. Analysis results from previous research on Islamic product manufacturers showed a positive response to the “Damai Indonesiaku” program. Most of them felt that the program provided great benefits in introducing their products to the wider community. Consumers who watched this program stated that the “Damai Indonesiaku” program broadcast on TV One made it easier for them to choose quality, up-to-date products, in accordance with Islamic teachings. Sales data shows a significant increase in products promoted through my “Damai Indonesiaku” program. This program has proven to be effective in increasing consumer awareness about the importance of choosing halal products and in accordance with Islamic principles.
