Abstract

The Siulak Deras Irrigation canal network is the main source of water distribution in several areas. The Siulak Deras Irrigation Area in Kerinci Regency was built in 1993 with water flow regulation and complete Siulak Deras Irrigation network facilities including the Technical irrigation group. As time goes by, the service function of the irrigation network experiences a decline in performance, so that operation and maintenance of the irrigation network is an activity that is really needed to make the irrigation network remain optimal and maintain its performance. In this regard, an assessment of the Performance Index of the irrigation system in the Siulak Deras Irrigation Area needs to be carried out to determine the value of aspects or components that are not yet optimal in this irrigation area so that special treatment can be immediately carried out or improved. The assessment is carried out by starting an inventory of the condition and function of the physical infrastructure of the irrigation network, planting productivity results, supporting facilities, organization, documentation and institutional P3A to determine the performance value and recommendations for handling it. The results of the irrigation network system performance index in the Siulak Deras irrigation area for the Left Irrigation Channel section are 69.59%, which means that the irrigation system performance is close to good performance, namely 70%, but still needs to be improved and needs attention. With a physical infrastructure value of 29.32%, planting productivity 14.21%, supporting facilities 6.15%, personnel organization 10.94%, documentation 2.46%, and P3A institutions 6.50%. Based on the performance index value obtained, and the total performance score in the form of a percentage, it is necessary to specifically maintain and repair physical facilities and infrastructure at several points that are damaged, facilitate supporting facilities for OP officers so that officers can act quickly and precisely in carrying out activities, and paying more attention to P3A so that it can always contribute to maintaining and utilizing the Siulak Deras irrigation network properly and optimally in the future.

Abstract

As the residents of Jambi Province's demand for air transportation increases, this will certainly have an impact on aviation activities in Jambi, where the intensity of flights continues to increase and the number of passengers increases. Based on these things, this research is intended to identify the extent of the influence of the noise level in the Sultan Thaha Airport area on the activity environment around the airport so that necessary steps can be taken so that residents and school students around the airport can anticipate the impact of noise from aircraft in the area. Jambi Sultan Thaha Airport. The data required in this research is divided into 2 types, namely primary data and secondary data. For primary data in this research, questionnaires were distributed to environmental activity areas around the airport, and for secondary data from this research, data on the population of RT 03. Data collection for measuring noise values was carried out at several points, where these points were the environment. activities in the Jambi Sultan Thaha Airport area. Measurements refer to KEPMENLH No. 48/MenLH/11/1996. The results of the questionnaire data distributed to residents and students in the area around the school which is the activity area of Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport, concluded that people in the activity area sometimes have trouble sleeping, get dizzy, feel uncomfortable and get emotional more easily, due to the distance. close to the runway, which is the main factor in the impact of noise in the area around the school, especially when planes land. An alternative anticipatory method that residents can implement now is to use a natural noise barrier, namely planting trees that meet the criteria so that they can reduce noise exposure.

Abstract

To improve each quality of 60/70 penetration oil asphalt so that it becomes harder, has a high softening point, is more elastic, has good adhesion and is more durable, it is necessary to add other materials and in this research it was tried with Laston AC-WC using additional materials. liquid natural rubber (latex) This research is expected to determine the characteristics of adding liquid natural rubber to the Optimum Asphalt Content (KAO) based on Marshall parameters, so that it can provide good results for flexible pavements in the future. The aim of this research is to obtain optimum asphalt content values with asphalt percentage variations of 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, and 7% from the Marshall Compressive Strength Test results and to obtain content values optimum asphalt with variations in the percentage of liquid natural rubber of 3%, 5%, 7% and 9% from the Marshall Compressive Strength Test results. The research method used was an experiment in the laboratory based on the 2018 Revision 2 Technical Specifications. From this research, the results were that KAO from test results with variations in standard asphalt was 5.9% and KAO from marshall test results with variations in liquid natural rubber content was 4.5%.
