Abstract

Along with the development of the current technological era is developing very quickly, one of which is land transportation, especially four-wheeled vehicles. From year to year vehicle technology is increasingly advanced so that it attracts people to have use for transportation or goods transportation purposes. However, along with its use, the vehicle needs regular maintenance so that it is always in prime condition and safe when driving. Therefore, companies engaged in vehicle maintenance and repair services need to prepare for the availability of spareparts to meet the needs of their customers. The type of research used is descriptive research. The data used in this study consists of primary data and secondary data that are qualitative in nature related to spareparts inventory. By using the EOQ method the company can save the total cost of inventory for tmo syn 10w-40sn 1lt around 85% or Rp. 2,652,961, tmo syn 10w-40sn 4lt about 89% or Rp. 2,774,200, element sa oil filter around 95% or Rp. 2,904,527, pad kit disc brake fr around 90% or Rp. 1,631,944 and 34b19r hybrid battery around 88% or Rp. 1,202,923.

Abstract

MSMEsTandi's Bakery produces never stop every day. Therefore, inventory control has a very important position. At Tandi's bakery there are often stock outs and the determination of the Reorder Point is erratic. This study aims to determine the number of orders in the next 1 year using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and to determine the optimal number of orders that must be issued by business actors, to find out when reorders must be made (ROP), and the application of the EOQ and OLS methods in Tandi's Bakery to optimize inventory costs. This type of research is descriptive in terms of data used primary and secondary data in the form of analysis related to the supply of raw materials for bread. The results showed that the sales of bread in the next 1 year amounted to87,868 pcs of bread according to the OLS method. The optimal purchase amount for Tandi's Bakery raw materials uses the EOQ method in the 2021/2022 period, namely 256 kg of flour, 55 kg of butter and 113 liters of liquid milk while in the previous period 291 kg of flour, 48 kg of butter and 69 liters of liquid milk. The frequency of orders using the EOQ method in the 2021/2022 period, namely 8 times flour, 4 times butter and 6 times liquid milk, while the order frequency for the previous period was 9 times flour, 4 times butter and 4 times liquid milk. The total inventory cost (TIC) using the EOQ method for the 2021/2022 period is as follows: Flour Rp. 255,148, Butter Rp. 135,417 and liquid milk of Rp. 174,006 while the previous period, namely flour, amounted to Rp. 891,032, Butter Rp. 870,670, liquid milk of Rp. 869,954. The exact time to reorder the reorder point (ROP) according to the EOQ method in the 2021/2022 period is 74,909 kg of flour, 8,438 kg of butter and 22,476 liters of liquid milk. In the previous period flour 97.129 kg, butter 6.387 kg and liquid milk 8.998 liters.

Abstract

An appropriate production system (just in time) is a concept that supports cost management to anticipate changes that occur in the industrial environment due to advances in technology and automation. In the just-in-time concept, production is carried out through a certain amount of inventory (inventory equals 0). This elimination of inventory amounts automatically eliminates carrying and other costs, leading to a decrease in tolerance levels for product errors. The aim of this research is to find out and examine the influencing factors of input and output, just in time simultaneously which have a significant influence on production machines effectively and efficiently at PT. Asindo, and to find out and research the dominant influencing factors of just in time on production machines effectively and efficiently at PT. Asindo. The results of the analysis show that the first hypothesis proposed in this research is that just-in-time production factors simultaneously have a significant influence on effective and efficient production machines at PT Asindo. This is supported by the results of the t-test, where the results show thatof (19.75) > t table of (2.03693). By looking at the value of R square = R=0.96135, meaning that the up-down variation of variable Y (effective and efficient production machines at PT. Asindo) is 92.419%, influenced by the independent variables in the model and the remaining 7.581% is due to other factors not included in this analysis. This means that the contribution of machine productivity in this model is good because it is more than 50%. From a series of design activities to achieve high production volumes with minimum inventory or minimum defective products for production and finished products, where the winding machine in production only produces output according to demand requirements.
