Abstract

Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) merupakan penurunan fungsi ginjal secara cepat. Penyebab AKI terbesar adalah iskemia/reperfusi yang memicu respon inflamasi dan menyebabkan kerusakan ginjal. Inflamasi merupakan respon proteksi dan perbaikan jaringan, namun dapat menyebabkan fibrosis yaitu jaringan normal digantikan oleh matriks ektraseluler seperti kolagen. Kerusakan yang terjadi pada bagian tubulointerstisial berpengaruh besar terhadap fungsi ginjal yang dapat diukur dengan GFR menggunakan cystatin C. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh durasi iskemia-reperfusi terhadap gambaran seluler tubulointerstisial, kadar cystatin C dan GFR pada tikus Wistar serta korelasi antara gambaran seluler tubulointerstisial, kadar cystatin C dan GFR. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan desain posttest only with control group. Penelitian menggunakan 30 ekor tikus Wistar yang dilakukan di animal house dan laboratorium biomolekuler Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sriwijaya. Gambaran seluler tubulointerstisial, kadar cystatin C dan GFR dinilai dengan persentase fraksi area kolagen, ELISA dan rumus Larsson. Iskemia 30 menit dan reperfusi 14 hari 99,1% berpengaruh terhadap persentase fraksi area kolagen, iskemia 120 menit dan reperfusi 14 hari 98,8% berpengaruh terhadap kadar cystatin C serta 99,5% berpengaruh terhadap GFR. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara persentase fraksi area kolagen dan kadar cystatin C (p=0,0001, r=0,901), serta GFR (p=0,0001, r=-0,834), lalu antara kadar cystatin C dan GFR (p=0,0001, r=-915). Durasi iskemia-reperfusi berpengaruh terhadap gambaran seluler tubulointerstisial, kadar cystatin C dan GFR serta terdapat korelasi antara gambaran seluler tubulointerstisial, kadar cystatin C dan GFR pada tikus Wistar.

Abstract

PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia employee appraisal data is processed conventionally by means of the Human Capital Business & Support print data points whose assessments must be filled out by their respective division heads, where after being printed the data is delivered to each division to be filled by each division supervisor then documents that have been filled in and signed by their respective division supervisors and returned by the Human Capital Business & Support division to be recorded. The objectives are to produce annual appraisal data for each employee and division, and there are company assessments made by VP Human Capital Business & Support and approved by the director is also still done conventionally. Even though the management has been organized, this method is still not optimal because in addition to requiring a long time and there are still operating paper documents, this method also has many weaknesses. The purpose of this research is to be able to build an information system that can be utilized by PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia to help process employee and company assessment data easily, quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Abstrak— Pemberian Beasiswa merupakan program kerja yang ada di setiap sekolah. Program beasiswa diadakan untuk meringankan beban siswa dalam menempuh masa studi khususnya dalam masalah biaya. Pemberian beasiswa kepada siswa dilakukan secara selektif sesuai dengan jenis beasiswa yang diadakan, penerima beasiswa berprestasi dalam lingkup peserta akademik, nilai rata-rata raport terakhir, absensi kehadiran, berprilaku baik, berakhlak baik, aktif dalam organisasi.Pemberian Beasiswa merupakan penghasilan bagi yang menerima dan tujuan beasiswa adalah untuk membantu meringankan beban biaya pendidikan siswa yang mendapatkan beasiswa.Dalam perhitungan penulis menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting, karena metode ini cocok digunakan untuk perhitungan yang akurat dan sangat membantu dalam perhitungan setiap data yang diperoleh.

Abstract

Industrial growth is characterized by the ability to progress in the field of production both in the type of industry, increasing the quality and volume of production activities. Machine is one of the factors of production which determines the smoothness of a production process. In order for the production process to run efficiently, a certain part of the company that is needed to support the maintenance and repair of the machine is called Maintenance Engineering. PT. Segwerk Ind is a multinational company engaged in printing inks for the packaging industry with imported raw materials such as dyes, varnish. The problem of how to maintain the condition of the machine so that it is always prime when production activities take place, Trouble machines are indeed one of the factors that can make a company go bankrupt, such as the production process is hampered, a long machine down time, so that customers will replace their suppliers because they do not want to risk business they are stunted. Therefore, for the success factor of a company's production process, it is required to have appropriate preventive and corrective maintenance activities as well as the problem of lack of competent human resources, therefore we need tools that can solve these problems. The results displayed by making expert system software show that the ink machine problem solving can be known based on the historical machine so that the downtime faced by PT. Segwerk Ind can be pressed as little as possible against machines in the ink industry such as ink printing machines.

Abstract

Efficient inventory management enhances gross profits and net profits by reducing the cost of procured pharmaceutical products and associated operational expenses. In addition, cash flow will improve upon saving on purchasing and storing less costly products. Such cash flow can be used to pay operational expenses and invest in other services. In addition to the negative impacts on financial outcomes from the pharmacy’s business perspective, inventory mismanagement could have deleterious corollaries on patient safety. Such outcomes can be attributed by the availability of expired, counterfeit, substandard, or spoiled products; unavailability of essential products; unclaimed prescriptions; and not updating formularies. From both financial and operational perspectives, efficient inventory management plays a great role in pharmacy practice. Thus, both methods of inventory management & methods of evaluating inventory management should be integrated into the curriculum of pharmacy programs, in addition to including them in the continuing education courses for registered pharmacists.

Health-seeking behavior (HSB) is a concept that requires contributions from multidisciplinary sciences, namely health, psychology, and social sciences. Understanding the HSB concept helps academics and practitioners to understand the individual's reasons for seeking medical help. Health service facility factors are generally often blamed for the low quality of health in a place for example, the low quality of health in the village is often associated with the limitations of health facilities in the village compared to in the city. It turns out that not all of them and not the majority of the low quality of health in an area is only due to the limitations of health facilities, sometimes it can be caused by the values held by the local community.

Abstract

Based on a study conducted by the WHO Global Burden of Disease in 2010 stated, OA ranks 11th, the cause of disability in the world, and ranks 6th in East Asia and the Asia-Pacific countries, ranked 10th in North America, ranked 7th in Eastern Europe , and ranked 13th in Western Europe. Pathogenesis of osteoarthritis (OA) as degenerative joint disease that was once thought caused by a mechanical process. The prevalence, etiology, pathogenesis and progression of OA are still not understood until now, mainly because of the many influencing factors. This type of research is a analytic study. It was conducted in Rheumatology Polyclinic Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang from February to December 2019. Affordable research population is all genu osteoarthritis sufferers with effusion who go to Dr. RSUP Mohammad Hoesin Palembang as 80 samples. Comparison of NFATC1 mRNA levels in genu osteoarthritis patients with effusion shows that there is no difference in gender and history of diabetes, whereas hypertension history and degree of osteoarthritis based on Lawrence Kalgren shows significantly different expression of NFATC1 mRNA. Age with NFATC1 mRNA expression showed no significant correlation, in contrast to BMI, Stroke Test and joint effusion volume showed a weak significant correlation, even though the direction of the correlation was negative on Stroke Test and joint effusion volume.
