Abstract

This study aims to describe the abrasion disaster mitigation knowledge of prospective elementary school teachers, namely FKIP UNRI elementary school teacher education students. The research subjects were elementary school teacher education students who had taken disaster mitigation courses in semester 2. The type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The data collection method in this study is in the form of a description test totaling eight questions consisting of 4 dimensions of knowledge. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive statistics in the form of calculating knowledge scores from 1-4 and then calculating the percentage. The results showed that the overall abrasion disaster mitigation knowledge of prospective elementary school teachers was in the sufficient category with an average of 71.31%. The results of each dimension of knowledge, namely the factual knowledge dimension in the sufficient category with an average value of 75.69. Conceptual indicators are in the insufficient category with an average value of 66.67. Procedural indicators get an average value of 72.92 which is in the sufficient category and metacognitive indicators get an average value of 69.68 in the insufficient category.

Abstract

GeoGebra is dynamic mathematics software that is utilized as an alternate learning media for studying Mathematics in the contemporary technology development period. Learning using GeoGebra can help students increase their knowledge of ideas and develop their mathematical thinking abilities. In this project, we apply a design research technique to create and test a GeoGebra exercise. The design study approach begins with the creation of GeoGebra-based activities on fraction addition by re-editing an existing GeoGebra design on the GeoGebra website and then testing it with five primary school students. Following the activity, we conducted interviews with students to determine the level of their comprehension of the idea of adding fractions. According to the findings of this study, pupils began to grasp and comprehend adding fractions since they could directly view how the fractions formed. However, some students continue to struggle with computer use owing to a lack of prior expertise.

Abstract

Budidaya ikan nila sangat berkembang di Desa Pulau Tengah khususnya di Dusun 3. Budidaya ikan nila hampir dilakukan oleh masyarakat Dusun 3 Desa Pulau Tengah di rumahnya masing-masing. Namun budidaya ikan nila hanya akan dijual di pasar. Universitas Kukerta Riau di Desa Pulau Tengah pada tahun 2022 berinisiatif mengembangkan budidaya ikan Nila berupa pengolahan Ikan Nila menjadi Otak-otak. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menjadikan Tilapia Brains sebagai salah satu UMKM yang dapat dikembangkan oleh masyarakat Desa Pulau Tengah. Pengolahan budidaya ikan nila dilakukan dengan mengamati, memberi contoh, dan mempraktekkan langsung kepada ibu-ibu Desa Pulau Tengah. Hasil yang diperoleh masyarakat Desa Pulau Tengah khususnya di Dusun 3 sangat antusias dalam mempraktekkan pengolahan Ikan Nila menjadi Otak-otak. Kemudian ada beberapa orang yang kemudian mencoba membuat Otak Ikan Nila di rumahnya masing-masing.
