Abstract

Nurses are the most health workers (47.28%) in Indonesia, the largest in each region with a total of 46.84% working in health centers and are leading health workers who provide health services to the community every day, so that the performance of nurses also determines the overall success of health centers in achieving their programs. The success of health services at the Health Center is highly determined by the performance of the nurses, dissatisfaction or disappointment of the patient will arise if the performance of the health services he gets is not in accordance with his expectations. For this reason, it is necessary to know the relationship between health services and the level of patient satisfaction at the Dasan Lekong Health Center. This research method is quantitatively correlated with a cross sectional approach. The total inpatient and outpatient population is 60 people based on visits in August-October 2023, the sampling technique uses total sampling, namely sampling is equal to the number of population. The research instrument used a questionnaire. This study shows that most of the health services at the Dasan Lekong Health Center are in the good category, namely 34 (56.7%). Meanwhile, the level of satisfaction is in the satisfied category, which is 25 (41.7%). The results of the statistical test using spearman rank obtained a p-value of 0.000 which means a p-value of < α (0.05). This study can be concluded that there is a relationship between service and patient satisfaction at the Dasan Lekong Health Center

Abstract

The activities performed by individuals continuously and the presence of heavy loads during physical activities can cause pain in the lower back. The occurrence of lower back pain can interfere with activities during daily work, the pain felt makes the sufferer uncomfortable in moving parts of the body, namely the back and waist areas. Researchers will answer the question, "How does William Flexion Exercise affect low back pain in pottery craftsmen?" with a focus on a group of pottery craftsmen. With the Pre Experiment: One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. This study aims to determine the effects of William Flexion Exercise on LBP in pottery craftsmen for 4 weeks, focusing on a group of workers who have never been studied. The population in this study were 43 people. Total sampling technique with a sample size of 43 respondents. The intervention was carried out for four weeks with a duration of 2 William Flexion exercises every week, the time needed for each meeting was 45 minutes, by choosing and agreeing on the implementation day together so that all respondents were present when the intervention was carried out. While the instruments used were the William Flexion Exercise SOP, William Flexion Exercise leaflet and NRS which were used to calculate the level of pain, pain measurements were carried out in the first and last weeks of the intervention by the researcher by asking the pain scale felt from 0-10, and respondents chose a number according to the level of pain felt before and after the intervention. The statistical test used was the Wilcoxon Sign Test. The statistical test used was the Wilcoxon Sign Test. According to the findings of this study, William excersise was shown to have an impact on low back pain (p value <0.05).

Abstract

Background: Nurses faced heightened psychological challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, with anxiety emerging as a common response to increased workload, high-risk environments, and professional demands. Anxiety may diminish nurses' motivation to work effectively. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and the work motivation of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic at Aikmel Public Health Center. Methods: The design study used a quantitative analytical observational with cross sectional approach. The number of samples was 50 respondents obtained by using the total sampling technique. The questionnaire used in this research was the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) and Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS). Statistical analysis used the Spearman Rank test with a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). Results: Most nurses experienced moderate anxiety, as many as 28 people (56.0%) and most nurses had good motivation as many as 29 people (58.0%). Statistical analysis showed a significant correlation between anxiety levels and work motivation (r = 0.376; p = 0.007). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between anxiety levels and nurses' work motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lower anxiety levels are associated with higher motivation, suggesting the importance of psychological support for nurses in crisis situations.

Abstract

Pasien yang sedang mendapatkan perawatan di Rumah Sakit memiliki banyak kebutuhan, salah satu kebutuhan yang harus terpenuhi adalah kebutuhan spritualitas pasien. Kebutuhan spritualitas mendukung dalam proses kesembuhan pasien, serta untuk meningkatkan layanan perawatan di Rumah Sakit. Dengan memberikan pelayanan spritualitas yang baik, maka pasien akan berkunjung lagi ke Rumah Sakit jika mengalami kondisi sakit, hal ini menjadi cerminan loyalitas pasien kepada Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien dengan loyalitas pasien di Rumah Sakit Islam Namira. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian correlational dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah study cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 177 pasien rawat inap di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Islam Namira. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner skala likert. Pengolahan data dan uji statistik menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rank. Hasil uji statistik dengan metode spearman rank dengan nilai p-value < 0,05 sehingga H1 diterima. Maka hasilnya adalah ada hubungan antara pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien dengan loyalitas pasien di Rumah Sakit Islam Namira. Ada hubungan pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pasien dengan loyalitas pasien di Rumah Sakit Islam Namira.
