<![CDATA[Preparing guidance and counseling programs is one form of management activity, management is all activities that lead to goals and achievement by paying attention to quality. The aim of this research is to find out in depth about the preparation of guidance and counseling programs. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study type. Literature study is an activity that includes searching, reviewing, reading literature in the form of journals and books and other sources that are relevant to the research to be carried out.
