Abstract

Penelitian ini mengukur kandungan amilum daun suruhan (Peperomia pellucida), daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) dan daun kitolod (Hippobroma longifera). Metode penelitian deskriptif adalah apa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Studi deskriptif menentukan nilai variabel terhubung untuk menjelaskan kejadian sosial (Sugiyono, 2018). Penelitian menggunakan metode uji kadar pati menggunakan kertas timah dengan bantuan betadin untuk mengukur ada tidaknya kadar pati pada daun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang kami lakukan, daun suruhan memiliki simpanan pati (Peperomia pellucida), daun kelor (Moringa oleifera), dan daun kitolod (Hippobroma longiflora) yang cukup signifikan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga daun yang dilapisi aluminium foil tidak mengandung pati sedangkan daun ditutup dengan aluminium foil. yang tidak dilapisi aluminium foil terdapat pati yang artinya ketiga daun tersebut mengandung pati yang berfungsi sebagai cadangan makanan pada tumbuhan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  SISTER (Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Terintegrasi) adalah sebuah program dari KEMRISTEKDIKTI (Kementrian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi) di bawah Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya iptek dan Dikti yang pertama kali diluncurkan pada tahun 2017. SISTER wajib diimplementasikan oleh seluruh perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia. Kondisi dilapangan belum semua Perguruan Tinggi mampu menerapkan aplikasi SISTER dengan baik. diantaranya dikarenakan Dosen tidak dapat mengakses SISTER dengan mudah dikarenakan diperlukan IP Publik atau VPS untuk membuat SISTER mudah diakses oleh Dosen. PKM ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra Perguruan tinggi agar SISTER pada jaringan Lokal kampus dapat diakses dari Internet dengan menerapkan konsep VPN, SSTP, NAT dan PAT. Kata kunci: SISTER; VPN; SSTP; NAT; PAT ABSTRACT  SISTER (Integrated Resource Information System) is a program of KEMRISTEKDIKTI (Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education) under the Directorate General of Science and Technology and Higher Education Resources which was first launched in 2017. SISTER must be implemented by all universities in Indonesia. Conditions in the field are not all universities are able to implement the sister application properly. One of them is because Lecturers cannot access SISTER easily because a Public IP or VPS is needed to make SISTER easy to access by Lecturers. This PKM aims to help university partners so that SISTER on the local campus network can be accessed from the Internet by applying the concepts of VPN, SSTP, NAT and PAT. Keywords: SISTER; VPN; SSTP; NAT; PAT

Abstract

 Berdasarkan data PDDikti Bulan Maret 2021 yang di sandingkan dengan data OpenDoar Bulan Maret 2021 penerapan institusional repository di Indonesia pada institusi pendidikan tinggi baru sekitar 3% dari Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia. Saat ini kebutuhan digitalisasi dokumen akademik menjadi hal yang penting bagi penyelenggara Pendidikan. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi Profesi Indonesia sebagai penyelenggara Pendidikan memerlukan perangkat lunak open source dalam membantu melakukan manajemen arsip dokumen digital yang ada. DSpace dipilih sebagai Institutional Repository Software Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi Profesi Indonesia dikarenakan sudah banyak digunakan oleh institusi serta mudah relatif mudah digunakan. Penerapan DSpace diharapkan dapat membantu mitra memiliki sistem untuk melakukan digitalisasi karya ilmiah serta dokumen lainnya yang dapat berguna bagi masyarakat umum bagi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan.

Abstract

Analisis atas penganggaran dan realisasi anggaran pada Laporan Keuangan Tahun 2021 Kementerian Perhubungan menunjukkan beberapa aspek penting dalam pengelolaan dana publik sektor transportasi. Perbedaan signifikan antara estimasi dan realisasi anggaran penerimaan negara bukan pajak mengindikasikan perlunya peninjauan ulang proses perencanaan pendapatan untuk akurasi estimasi dan efektivitas pengelolaan. Ketidaksesuaian anggaran belanja dan realisasinya menekankan pentingnya efisiensi penggunaan dana publik. Pengalokasian dana bantuan sosial yang tidak terealisasi menunjukkan kebutuhan peninjauan kebijakan untuk mendukung masyarakat rentan. Analisis ini menekankan pentingnya transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kebijakan responsif dalam pengelolaan anggaran sektor transportasi untuk memastikan efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan dana publik.

Abstract

Preparing guidance and counseling programs is one form of management activity, management is all activities that lead to goals and achievement by paying attention to quality. The aim of this research is to find out in depth about the preparation of guidance and counseling programs. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study type. Literature study is an activity that includes searching, reviewing, reading literature in the form of journals and books and other sources that are relevant to the research to be carried out. The findings of this research discuss: (1) Understanding the preparation of a guidance and counseling program, (2) Types of guidance and counseling at school, (3) Components of preparing a guidance and counseling program, (4) Stages of preparing a guidance and counseling program.

Abstract

This community service program aims to prevent cyberbullying in Mojorejo Kemlagi Village and provide students with an understanding of the dangers posed by cyberbullying. The steps to prevent cyberbullying are not sharing posts too often, reducing irrelevant comments, limiting the use of social media, and not being easily provoked. The result of this community service is an effort to prevent cyberbullying in the modern era with the understanding of SMP Negeri 2 Kemlagi students.

Abstract

Adlerian counseling is a counseling approach developed by psychologist Alfred Adler which focuses on understanding individuals as part of a social and cultural context, as well as individual motivation to achieve life goals, by paying attention to power dynamics, motivation, self-confidence and interpersonal relationships in an effort to help individuals overcome problems and grow personally. The method used in this research is qualitative with a type of literature study. Literature study is solving problems by tracing sources of writing that has been written before. The sources obtained are used as literature study material and are arranged according to the rules of scientific writing. The aim of this research is to find out in depth about Adlerian counseling theory. The research findings discuss: (1) Views on human nature, (2) Subjective perceptions of reality, (3) Unity and patterns of human personality, (4) Social interests and feelings of community, (5) Birth order and sibling relationships.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve discipline, especially in terms of attendance given to employees at the Gerindra Faction Office in North Sumatra. Using descriptive qualitative research. The data used comes from interviews with direct questions and answers to the parties involved in the research. The research data will determine the type of information system needed. Based on the research results, it is hoped that the presence of an attendance system will help employees improve work discipline and arrive at work on time, complete work more quickly and reduce the occurrence of social jealousy between fellow employees. One way to improve discipline in the workplace is to provide sanctions and warnings to employees who break the rules, which in turn makes employees more disciplined and better able to avoid subsequent violations. Thus, increasing monitoring of employee actions will lead to increased discipline and overall levels of productivity in the workplace.

Abstract

KIPAS model counseling is a form of counseling that is rooted in Indonesian cultural values. This culture-based approach is believed to be able to change the existing belief system, so that it can encourage the desired behavior change. The method used in this study is qualitative with the type of literature study. Literature study is a method used to collect data or sources relevant to the topic discussed in a research. This method is carried out by collecting data from various sources of literature, such as books, journals, articles, and other documents that are related to the research topic. The purpose of this study is to find out in depth about the model of Structural Adaptive Intensive Intensive Counseling (KIPAS). Abstract

Department LC (DLC) is a work unit of PT. GREAT INTEGRATED. DLC functions as an employee training and development facilitator at PT. GREAT INTEGRATED. in DLC there is less than optimal output and there are consumer complaints regarding the quality of the implementation of the training program in the form of conveying information on less than optimal training implementation schedules. Employees also express complaints when working with a team, even when working deadlines. These complaints: the appearance of anxiety, dizziness, and lack of comfort when working in a team. The results of the open system diagnostic method found that the complaint was caused by conflict in interaction between teams, which was caused by limited non-formal communication, such a situation resulted in the intensity of direct interaction between team members being less than optimal. This form of communication causes misunderstanding, the misunderstanding is not because the team is unable to express opinions, so further forms of intervention for DLC are a function of the team itself, because the cohesiveness of the DLC team is not optimal and it is necessary to carry out team building activities to increase team cohesiveness.
