Abstract

The creative economy has an important role in improving the economy and economic growth, people's welfare, opening up new jobs and reducing unemployment. However, the Covid-19 Pandemic has a significant effect on the sustainability of creative product businesses, the majority of which are SMEs and MSMEs. The purpose of this activity is to help SMEs to increase competitiveness in facing the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The priority partner of the activity is knittingdeenzza craftsmen who produce handicraft products, with various types of knitting ranging from tablecloths, pillowcases, bags, knitted shoes, and currently masks made of knitted yarn and the like. This community service program is located in Lampung. The method offered to partners is training/socialization which includes an introduction to competitiveness, competitiveness strategy, and assessment of competitive advantage through the APP model (asset/performance advantage, potential, and process) as well as a competitiveness model for small businesses. The results of these activities have increased the knowledge of partners about competitiveness, as a source of strength of partners in the face of increasingly tough competitive conditions. This is evident from the results of the evaluation after the training, from the partner's answers, it shows that 100% of the answers about the material obtained have increased the partner's knowledge in increasing competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Katiga Ritel Strengindo (K3Mart) di Banten. Landasan teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah discrepancy theory. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat pada google form yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT Katiga Ritel Strengindo (K3Mart) di Banten secara online melalui media sosial whatsapp. Responden valid yang didapatkan adalah sebanyak 65 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Katiga Ritel Strengindo (K3Mart) di Banten. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM sebagai metode analisis data dan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4 sebagai alat analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini didapati bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to examine the direct effects of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Katiga Ritel Streningindo (K3Mart) in Banten. The theoretical framework used in this research is the Discrepancy Theory. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire created on Google Forms, which was distributed to employees of PT Katiga Ritel Streningindo (K3Mart) in Banten online via WhatsApp. A total of 65 valid respondents, who are employees of PT Katiga Ritel Streningindo (K3Mart) in Banten, participated in the study. The study utilized PLS-SEM as the data analysis method and SmartPLS version 4 as the data analysis tool. The results of the study revealed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction also positively and significantly influences employee performance.
