Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant transformation in the world of education, requiring teachers to improve their abilities in innovative learning methods. This research focuses on training in using the Canva and Flipbook applications as tools in developing digital learning media. Initial observations show that many teachers still use conventional media due to limited time and knowledge in design. Through a workshop held on October 5 2024, 54 participants from various educational institutions were trained to develop digital educational content. The results of the training show an increase in teacher competence in using Canva's advanced features and techniques for creating digital interactive books using Flipbook. Participants successfully integrated multimedia elements into learning, creating a more interesting and interactive learning experience. This workshop also builds professional networks between students and teachers, and increases teacher motivation to continue developing their digital competencies. In conclusion, this activity succeeded in improving the quality of the teaching and learning process through more effective use of digital technology.

Abstract

Introduction: Medical services are inseparable from the services provided by health workers, especially nurses. The achievement of optimal work effectiveness is an assessment of the effectiveness of nurses' work as an effort to assess nurses' achievements at work. Assessment of work effectiveness in performance indicators is a reliable tool as a control of human resources and productivity, but in fact nurse performance is a problem in all nursing services. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that affect the effectiveness of nurses' work at Taman Husada Bontang Hospital. Methods: The research design was in the form of observational research using a cross sectional design. The population of all nurses at Taman Husada Bontang Hospital was 212 respondents. The sample in this study was nurses at Taman Husada Bontang Hospital totaling 136 respondents with simple random sampling. Independent variables factor productivity, satisfaction, and competence. Dependent variable of the effectiveness of the nurse's work. Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between productivity factors (p = 0.021), satisfaction (p = 0.000), competence (p = 0.000) on the effectiveness of nurses' work. Multivariate analysis shows that the most influential variable on the effectiveness of nurses' work at Taman Husada Bontang Hospital is satisfaction with the significance level of p = 0.000 and B = 0.333. Conclusion: Work effectiveness is needed in improving the quality of services in hospitals, so that improving the quality of human resources must be optimized. Work effectiveness is a deliberate ability to do something better to achieve certain goals by emphasizing compliance at work and relating to work results. So that leaders in hospitals must continue to pay attention to the welfare of nurses to improve the effectiveness of their work in providing excellent health services.

Abstract

Abstract This research focuses on discussing various efforts that have been made to improve the quality of education for middle and high school students in Panakkukang sub-district, Makassar city. The main focus of this research. Through quantitative methods, it was found that various infrastructure factors, government policies and community participation, policies implemented by local governments, play an important role in increasing access to education which can influence access to education. The research results show that effective policies and active participation from all stakeholders can significantly improve the quality of education in the Panakkukang sub-district, Makassar city. Keywords: Quality Education; Community Service Abstrak Penelitian ini berfokus membahas berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bagi pelajar SMP dan SMA di kecamatan panakkukang, kota Makassar . fokus utama dari penelitian ini Melalui metode kuantitatif menemukan bahwa berbagai faktor-faktor infrastruktur, kebijakan pemerintah dan partisipasi masyarakat, kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah daerah, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan akses pendidikan yang dapat mempengaruhi akses pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan yang efektif dan partisipasi aktif dari semua pemangku kepentingan dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di daerah kecamatan panakkukang, kota Makassar. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Berkualitas; Pengabdian Masyarakat
