Abstract

This study aims to analyse the willingness of visitors who deliberately come to pay to help in managing and organising Bandengan Beach ecotourism as well as possible and to analyse the estimation or amount of entrance ticket levy in Bandengan Beach ecotourism area in an effort to maintain the environment. Respondents in this study were 54% female and 46% male. The respondents through questionnaires that were answered and processed, provided information that the value of the cost that is considered reasonable for visitors is Rp. 5,949, - per person. The results of this study indicate that the income variable, age variable and education variable, do not influence the dependent variable, namely willingness to pay. While the frequency of visits and knowledge variables have an influence on the dependent variable of willingness to pay. . Keywords: Tourism, Willingness to Pay, Environmental Quality

Abstract

The rapid rise of TikTok Shop as an e-commerce channel has introduced new dynamics in how consumers interact with brands and make purchasing decisions. With its integration of short-form video content and seamless in-app shopping features, TikTok Shop has transformed traditional online shopping into a more interactive, content-driven experience. This evolution has heightened the importance of user testimonials and brand presentation within the platform, especially in shaping consumer perceptions and behaviors. Given this shift, it is essential to explore how such factors operate in specific market contexts. Accordingly, this study aims to examine the influence of TikTok Shop testimonials and brand image on brand awareness and online purchase intention among consumers in DKI Jakarta.  A self-administered survey was conducted with a sample of 140 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that brand image significantly enhances brand awareness but does not directly impact purchase intention. Meanwhile, brand awareness plays a crucial mediating role, positively influencing purchase intention. Social media testimonials contribute to brand awareness but have an insignificant direct effect on purchase intention. These results highlight the importance of brand awareness in shaping consumer decisions and provide valuable implications for businesses to optimize their digital marketing strategies by leveraging customer testimonials and strengthening brand identity to enhance consumer engagement and purchasing behavior.

Abstract

Perkembangan transformasi digital dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia menuntut kesiapan tenaga kerja muda dalam menguasai sistem berbasis teknologi, termasuk Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sebagai bagian dari Generasi Z dipersiapkan untuk langsung memasuki dunia kerja, namun masih ditemukan kesenjangan antara kompetensi literasi digital yang dimiliki dengan tuntutan sistem kerja berbasis digital di industri. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran literasi digital sebagai prediktor kesiapan kerja berbasis HRIS pada siswa SMK Generasi Z, sekaligus memperkuat pemahaman dan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi lingkungan kerja digital. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, didukung kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan pengenalan HRIS, serta pendampingan penggunaan sistem simulatif yang merepresentasikan proses administrasi SDM digital. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur untuk mengukur tingkat literasi digital dan kesiapan kerja berbasis HRIS, kemudian dianalisis secara statistik untuk melihat hubungan dan pengaruh antarvariabel. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja berbasis HRIS pada siswa SMK Generasi Z. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi literasi digital dan pengenalan sistem HRIS dalam program penguatan kompetensi siswa SMK sebagai upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja dan daya saing lulusan di era digital.
