Abstract

This study aims to: determine the ability of students to do the bottom serve in volleyball learning in class IX students at SMP Negeri 12 Seluma. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 20 students. The instrument in this research is in the form of a lower service ability test. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen how much the students' ability in performing the bottom service for class IX students at SMP Negeri 12 Seluma as a whole is those who have the bottom service in the very good category, namely 0 people (0%), and those who have the bottom service in the good category namely 10 people (50%), and those who have lower service in the medium category are as many as 10 people (50%), and class IX students of State Junior High School 12 Seluma who have service under the less category are 0 people (0%), and those who have service under the category of very less are 0 people (0%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much students' learning interest in soccer at the State Junior High School in Topos District, Lebong Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Population and sample of State Junior High School students in Topos District, Lebong Regency. The number of students is 30 students. The results of interest in learning football at public junior high schools in the Topos sub-district, Lebong Regency, were categorized as very good, namely 4 people (13%), good category, namely 9 people (30%), and sufficient category, namely 12 people (40%), and poor category, namely 5 people (17%), and the very low category is 0 people (0%). Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the interest in learning football at the State Junior High School in the Topos District, Lebong Regency as a whole is in the sufficient category..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership role of school principals in improving the quality of education at MTs Negeri 4 Klaten. In context education, effective leadership is a key factor that affects achievement of educational goals. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, where data is obtained through interviews and Observation. The results of the study show that the principal plays the role of Visionary leaders, able to motivate and inspire educators and students educate. In addition, the principal also functions as a facilitator in creating conducive learning environment. Improving the quality of education is carried out through careful planning, development of educator competencies, and periodic evaluations to educational programs. Principal leadership doesn't just function as managers, but also as change agents committed to achieve excellence in education. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of the role of school principals in creating a positive educational climate, which in turn will improve the quality of education at MTs Negeri 4 Klaten. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs Negeri 4 Klaten. Dalam konteks pendidikan, kepemimpinan yang efektif merupakan faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dimana data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan Observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pemimpin visioner, mampu memotivasi dan memberi inspirasi bagi pendidik dan mendidik siswa. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga berfungsi sebagai fasilitator dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan dilakukan melalui perencanaan yang matang, pengembangan kompetensi pendidik, dan evaluasi berkala terhadap program pendidikan. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tidak sekedar berfungsi sebagai manajer, namun juga sebagai agen perubahan yang berkomitmen untuk mencapai keunggulan dalam pendidikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan iklim pendidikan positif yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs Negeri 4 Klaten.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze what is the application of shopping sources at Muhammadiyah Autralia College in 2021-2022. The research method used in this research is library. That is, research whose data comes from literature reviews and other references that are relevant to this research. The results of this study found that, spending management at Muhammadiyah Australia College includes several components, namely: accouting and audit; advertising; amortization on operating lease right of use asset; bank fee; classroom; cleaning; consulting; depreciation; employee amenity; health and safety; insurance; interes expenses; IT expenses; legal expenses; light, power, heating; meeting; motor vehicle expenses; office expenses; open day; printing and stationery; repairs and maintenance; school event; subscriptions; superannuation; teaching materials; telephone and internet; training and development; wages and salary; and water. Analysis of the types of expenditure at Muhammadiyah Australia College on average experienced a significant increase in 2022. The report on the type of expenditure at Muhammadiyah Australia College from 2021 to 2022 experienced a fairly rapid increase, which amounted to AU$ 1,279,401. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis apa saja penerapan sumber belanja pada Muhammadiyah Autralia College tahun 2021-2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Pustaka. Yaitu penelitian yang data-datanya berasal dari kajian literature dan rujukan-rujukan lainnya yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, manajemen belanja pada Muhammadiyah Australia College mencakup beberapa komponen, yaitu: accouting and audit (akutansi dan audit); advertising (periklanan); amortisation on operating lease right of use asset; bank fee (biaya bank); classroom (kelas); cleaning (pembersihan); consulting (konsultasi); depresiation (depresiasi); employee aminities (fasilitas karyawan); health and safety; insurance (pertanggungan); interes expenses (beban bunga); IT expenses (biaya IT); legal expenses (biaya hukum); light, power, heating (cahaya, tenaga, pemanasan); meeting (pertemuan); motor vehicle expenses (biaya kendaraan bermotor); office expenses (pengeluaran kantor); open day (hari terbuka); printing and stationery (percetakan dan alat tulis); repairs and maintenance (perbaikan dan pemeliharaan); school event (acara sekolah); subscriptions (langganan); superannuation (pensiun); teaching materials (bahan ajar); telephone and internet (telepon dan internet); training and development (pelatihan dan pengembangan); wages and salary (upah dan gaji); water (air).

Abstract

Padepokan Tahfidzul Qur'an (PTQ) Ibnu Rusydi is famous for conducting a mental health healing process through an alternative route of memorizing the Qur'an. However, this raises a polemic because there are social classes that become obstacles in the rehabilitation of People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ). This study aims to determine the form of social stratification between old and new ODGJ students and the impact of social stratification between old and new ODGJ students at PTQ Ibnu Rusydi Jombang.  This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with the research location at PTQ Ibnu Rusydi Jombang. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants used in this study were the caregiver, chairman, management, and santri of PTQ Ibnu Rusydi Jombang. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study indicate that the social stratification of the Pondok Tahfidzul Qur'an Ibnu Rusydi includes the following; Social stratification of Abah Kiai on students as a function of Abah Kiai who is respected in terms of religious knowledge. The social stratification of the boarding house management as the responsibility given by Kiai to the boarding house management. Social stratification of old santri from a higher level of knowledge/experience with new santri. Social stratification of new students where their position of power is weak. The impact of social stratification includes reduced self-confidence when students get backgrounds of different races, education, economics, especially in terms of memorization that is not comparable to other students.
