Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out information about the effect of organizational culture, leader behaviors, job satisfaction, and justice on organizational commitment. In this study, school is considered as an organization. The study was carried out at Islamic Junior High Schools in the Mataram City, NTB. The data for this survey reseach were collected by using quesionnaires distributed to fifty-nine teachers as the samples. The data were analyzed statistically using path analysis.The results of the analyses shows that: (1) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, (2) leader behaviors have a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, (3) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment, and (4) justice has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is  to  determine the influence of managerial ability on headmaster’s decision making in Junior High School of Counties and Tangerang City. The research used survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Technique of data collecting is using instrument in the form of questionnaire. The number of 60 headmaster’s as sample by simple was selected random sampling.The result of this research indicated that : there is a direct positive effect of managerial ability to headmaster’s decision making.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK) are designed to prepare students or graduates who are ready to enter the workforce and are able to develop professional attitudes in their fields. In addition, graduates are required to develop themselves in the path of entrepreneurship, so they can advance in entrepreneurship even in whatever conditions and situations. This policy was adopted after seeing the fact that most of the educated unemployed are secondary education graduates, which can be interpreted as a lack of secondary education graduates' skills to enter the workforce. One of the expertise programs for creating educated graduates at secondary schools is the tourism program. Seeing these conditions, it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the 2013 curriculum policy on the travel business expertise program. This study uses a program evaluation method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study can be concluded that the evaluation of the program in the context component is in the category of "very good". Likewise, the results of evaluating the implementation of a productive curriculum in the travel business expertise program, the input components include curriculum programs, management of educators and education staff, management of financing and management of the education calendar in the "very good" category. The results of evaluating the curriculum implementation process of productive subjects in business travel expertise in the process components include the planning of the learning process, the implementation of the process, learning, assessment, and supervision of the learning process. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the curriculum implementation of productive subjects expertise travel business expertise in the process component with the category of "very good". The results of the evaluation of the product component of the travel business expertise program at SMK Negeri 4 Matara with the "very good" category.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to understand, explain and improve The Management Program based on Madrasah (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic State High School Jonggat sub-district. The results are, some weakness of programs to increase teacher’s human resources that are not master learning model media (cannot operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need dan low cost. The recommendation is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out: 1) a description of student activity in the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) at SMPN 3 Mataram, 2) a description of student achievement at SMPN 3 Mataram, 3) the effect of activeness on the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) on student achievement at SMPN 3 Mataram. The research approach used is quantitative, with a sample of 69 students who are members of the Student Council. Data collection was carried out using documentation and questionnaire techniques. The collected research data were then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and simple regression, to test the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show: 1) Based on the results of the correlation test, the value of r-count (0.036) > r-table (0.001) is obtained, which means that there is an insignificant relationship with a moderate level between the variables of student activity and learning achievement; 2) The resulting regression equation Y = 82.046 + 0.258 (X); 3) The effect of student activeness (X) on learning achievement (Y) is an insignificant effect, based on t-test = 0.297 with a significance level of 0.768; 4) The results of the F test show the value of F-count = 0.088 with a significant level of 0.768 which means that the prediction of student learning outcomes using student activity is not an accurate prediction; and 5) Based on the test of the coefficient of determination, the value of R = 0.036 can be interpreted that there is a large influence of student activeness on learning achievement which is 3.6%.Keywords: Student Activeness, Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS), Learning AchievementAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) gambaran keaktifan siswa pada Organisasi  Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) di SMP Negeri 3 Mataram, 2) gambaran prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Mataram, 3) pengaruh keaktifan pada Organisasi  Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Mataram. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, dengan sampel 69 siswa yang merupakan anggota OSIS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan angket. Data penelitian yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan regresi sederhana, untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan: 1) Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi, diperoleh nilai r-hitung (0,036) > r-tabel (0,001), yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang tidak signifikan dengan taraf sedang antara variabel keaktifan siswa dengan prestasi belajar; 2) Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan Y = 82,046 + 0,258 (X); 3) Pengaruh Keaktifan Siswa (X) terhadap Prestasi Belajar (Y) merupakan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan, berdasarkan nilai t-hitung = 0,297 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,768; 4) Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai F-hitung = 0,088 dengan taraf signifikan 0,768 yang berarti bahwa prediksi terhadap hasil belajar siswa menggunakan keaktifan siswa bukan merupakan prediksi yang akurat; dan 5) Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R= 0,036 dapat diartikan adanya besar pengaruh variabel keaktifan siswa terhadap prestasi belajar adalah sebesar 3,6%.Kata Kunci: Keaktifan Siswa, Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS), Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of perceptions of organizational support and quality of work life on the work performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Keruak for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research methodology is a survey selected using a simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of data shows that (1) perceived organizational support has a positive direct effect on job performance, (2) quality of work life has a positive direct effect on job performance, (3) perceived organizational support has a positive direct effect on quality of work life . ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMKN 1 Keruak tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Metodologi penelitian adalah survey yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan memiliki efek langsung positif dalam kinerja pekerjaan, (2) kualitas kehidupan kerja memiliki efek langsung positif dalam kinerja pekerjaan, (3) dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan memiliki efek langsung positif dalam kualitas kehidupan kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the understanding of guidance and counseling teachers or school counselors regarding their roles and functions in implementing the guidance and counseling program that they have prepared, especially in terms of implementing counseling services in the form of case studies. This community service activity is carried out by conducting in-depth material activities related to the counseling approach, identifying problems, exploring the causes of problems, determining the causes of problems, determining alternative solutions, and planning problem handling. Through this activity, it is hoped that guidance and counseling teachers can optimize their role in schools in helping students achieve optimal development stages. This community service activity was carried out online using the zoom platform for guidance and counseling teachers who were registered as PPG students at the Mandalika University of Education and spread across the West Nusa Tenggara region, totaling 10 people. The results of this community service show the active participation of guidance and counseling teachers, which can be seen from the many questions asked to the resource persons and the results of the case studies that were worked on. Furthermore, to see the effectiveness of this community service activity, a random interview process was carried out with several guidance and counseling teachers, the results of which were that several teachers were able to conduct case studies in their respective schools. ABSTRAKTujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru bimbingan dan konseling atau konselor sekolah akan peran dan fungsinya dalam menjalankan program bimbingan dan konseling yang telah disusunnya, terutama dalam hal melaksanakan pelayanan konseling dalam bentuk studi kasus. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan kegiatan pendalaman materi terkait dengan pendekatan konseling, identifikasi masalah, eksplorasi penyebab masalah, menentukan penyebab masalah, menentukan alternatif solusi, dan melakukan perencanaan penangan masalah. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan guru-guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat mengoptimalkan perannya di sekolah dalam membantu siswa mencapai tahap perkembangan yang optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan platform zoom kepada para guru bimbingan dan konseling yang terdaftar sebagai mahasiswa PPG di Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika dan tersebar di wilayah Nusa Tenggara Barat yang berjumlah 10 orang. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan partisipasi aktif dari guru-guru bimbingan dan konseling, di mana dapat terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada narasumber dan hasil studi kasus yang dikerjakan. Lebih lanjut, untuk melihat keefektifan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini maka dilakukan proses wawancara secara acak kepada beberapa guru bimbingan dan konseling yang hasilnya adalah beberapa guru sudah mampu untuk melakukan studi kasus di sekolahnya masing-masing.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman tentang konsep dasar pengasuhan positif, komunikasi efektif dan disiplin positif. Merujuk pada tujuan tersebut, maka metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menggunakan sistem ceramah serta diskusi terbuka dalam menyampaikan materi, ini dapat memperlancar kegiatan pengabdian dan guru-guru dan orang tua lebih leluasa untuk bertanya tentang berbagai hal yang berhubungan dengan pengasuhan positif. Sasaran kegiatan adalah guru-guru dan orang tua peserta didik SDN 1 Meninting, Kecamatan Batu Layar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Orangtua menjadi kunci keberhasilan penerapan pengasuhan positif disertai keterlibatan guru sebagai orang tua di sekolah. Harapan dari kegiatan ini yaitu adalah adanya pemahaman yang tepat mengenai konsep dasar pengasuhan positif, keterampilan berkomunikasi efektif dan keterampilan membangun disiplin positif sehingga anak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan informasi tentang pengaruh pemberdayaan dan kepercayaan terhadap tanggung jawab kepala sekolah di SDN se-kecamatan Mantang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat dengan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Populasi sasaran penelitian ini berjumlah 92 kepala sekolah dari seluruh Kepala Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Mantang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 75 orang, dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dari pemberdayaan terhadap tanggung jawab, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dari kepercayaan terhadap tanggung jawab, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dari kepercayaan terhadap tanggung jawab.
