Abstract

The community service activity entitled Synergy of Care, Capability, Opportunity as the Key to Successful Self-Development for Mathlaul Anwa Batujaya High School Students aims to improve the quality of student self-development through a holistic approach with three key elements: care, capability, and opportunity, which play an important role in supporting students' personal growth. The method used was a seminar. The activity was attended by 48 participants consisting of 40 XII grade students of Mathlaul Anwar High School and 8 general participants. Based on the indicator survey before the activity only 11% of participants understood the importance of self-development through care, capability and opportunity. After the activity 100% of participants stated that they understood it. Through this activity, it is hoped that Mathlaul Anwar Batujaya High School students can develop themselves optimally and be ready to face future challenges. The outputs of this activity include increasing participants' skills, increasing self-confidence, and participants being able to explore their potential.

Abstract

Pandemi berupa COVID-19 sudah memberi suatu dampak yang nilainya signifikan dihadapkan dengan seluruh aspek kehidupan di Indonesia, utamanya di ekonomi. Banyak perusahaan yang tidak mampu mempertahankan operasionalnya karena menurunnya daya beli dari masyarakat, sehingga perusahaan melakukan pengurangan tingakatan di aspek produksi dari dua hal yakni pertama berupa barang dan kedua berupa jasa yang akhirnya berdampak terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Harga dari saham menjadi penting untuk diperhatikan karena menunjukan kinerja perusahaan. Melalui laporan berupa keuangan, kinerja dari perusahaan bisa dilakukan penganalisisan dengan mempergunakan bebarapa rasio laporan berupa keuangan seperti “Return on Investment (ROI) dan Return on Equity (ROE)”. Tujuan dari cakupan penelitian ini ialah untuk memeriksa secara empiris bagaimana harga saham berdampak pada “rasio profitabilitas”, yakni “Return on Investment (ROI) dan Return on Equity (ROE)”. Sampel dalam cakupan penelitian ini terdiri dari “31 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2020 hingga 2023”. SPSS versi 25 digunakan sebagai program analisis. Hasil dari cakupan penelitian memberi suatu petunjuk bahwa “Return on Investment dan Return on Equity” dengan cara yang positif dan juga signifikan mempengaruhi harga dari saham baik dengan cara yang parsial maupun simultan
