Abstract

Digital transformation is a strategic step for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to address the challenges of the digital era, such as global competition and changing consumer behavior. This article discusses the implementation of digital transformation through online ride-hailing applications (Grab, Gojek, and ShopeeFood) and digital payment systems (QRIS) to expand markets and improve transaction efficiency. Through a community service approach, training was conducted for home-based MSMEs to familiarize them with these technologies, select suitable platforms, and practice the registration process until account verification. The results indicate that MSMEs tend to prefer ShopeeFood due to its simpler registration process, lower fees, and direct integration with QRIS. Intensive assistance throughout the process demonstrated that digital technology could be effectively adopted, supporting MSMEs in reaching broader markets and enhancing customer experiences.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Guna mengoptimalkan ketaatan pajak di Kabupaten Kulon Progo, penellitian ini dibermaksudkan untuk menelaah dampak pemanfaatan teknologi digital terhadap pajak, pemahaman mengenai pajak, dan pengetahuan mengenai pajakMetode Penelitian: Metode kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan penyebaran kuesioner guna memperoleh data penunjang peneliti. Populasi dalam kajian ini adalah seseorang yang dikenai kewajiban pajak di Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Sampel yang didapatkan terdiri dari 44 responden yang ditentukan melalui pendekatan purposive sampling. Data statistik dianalisis memakai aplikasi SPSS sebagai alat bantu.Originalitas/Novelty: Peneliti menambahkan variable Digitalisasi Perpajakan, yang belum banyak dikaji dalam penelitian sebelumnya, khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Dengan harapan dapat mengukur sejauh mana peran dan pengaruh digitalisasi dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak di era transformasi digital saat ini.Hasil Penelitian: Pada penelitian ini pengaruh digitalisasi, pemahaman, dan pengetahuan perpajakan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak di Kabupaten Kulon Progo menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut memberikan dampak positif.Implikasi: Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi perpajakan, pemahaman, dan pengetahuan tentang pajak yang memadai berpotensi menambah ketaatan terhadap aturan pajak. Hal tersebut berfungsi sebagai rujukan pengkaji lain guna mengidentifikasi variabel tambahan yang berdampak terhadap kepatuhan terhadap kewajiban perpajakanResearch Objectives: This Research aims to examine the impact of tax digitalization, tax knowledge, and tax comprehension on increasing tax compliance in Kulonprogo Regency.Research Method: This study uses a quantitative method, and questionnaires are used to gather data. The population in this study consists of individuals who are subject to tax obligations in Kulon Progo Regency. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample, which included 44 responders. With SPSS as the instrument, statistical methods were used to analyze the data.Originality/Novelty: The researcher included tax digitization as a variable that had not been examined in earlier research, especially in Kulonprogo Regency. In the era of digital transformation, this item aims to evaluate the function and effects of digitization in enhancing tax payment compliance.Research Results: The results show that that the level of taxpayer compliance in Kulonprogo Regency is positively impacted by the three elements of digitalization, comprehension, and tax knowledge.Implications: The results show that taxpayers' compliance tax can be increased by good tax digitalization, tax comprehension, and tax knowledge. This research can be used as a reference to another researcher to find other factors that might affect compliance tax.
