Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and emotional intelligence on the career readiness of millennial students in Surabaya. The sample was 30 which was determined using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses SPSS 27. The research results show that self-efficacy and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on the career readiness of millennial students. Students who believe in their abilities adapt more easily to new work environments. They tend to feel more ready to adapt to organizational culture and job demands, so they are ready for a career. Students who have high emotional intelligence tend to be better at managing their emotions, both in pressure situations and when facing challenges at work. This can help them stay calm and think clearly, which is important in solving problems.

Abstract

The formation of a cooperative cannot be separated from the cooperative's articles of association itself, the cooperative's articles of association are guidelines or rules of the game for all activities and operations of the Cooperative. The agreement that has been stated in the articles of association and of course adjusted to the Cooperative's SOP. The Berkah Sejahterah Bersama producer cooperative is a forum for developing the businesses of MSMEs, most of whom are producers who have businesses that produce food and beverages. The implementation method is by holding a meeting held at the place of one of the Cooperative members with direction given by the STIESIA Academics such as digital marketing, data analysis and Accounting, then to follow up on the event, comprehensive assistance is provided for all MSME actors involved, providing supervision based on Cooperative law. The results of community service activities for MSME members in the city of Surabaya have gone well. This activity is quite important for cooperative members on how to run according to the rules agreed upon together and is useful for improving the welfare of Cooperative members

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kebijakan pengampunan pajak secara efektif melalui aliran dana yang masuk ke industri Pasar Modal. Dengan adanya beragam instrumen investasi di Pasar Modal sangat memungkinkan sebagai penampungan dana atau harta kekayaan wajib pajak yang ada di luar negeri untuk melakukan repatriasi yaitu pembalikan dana ke Indonesia. Pada tahun 2018 keterbukaan informasi perpajakan dan perbankan (Pertukaran Informasi secara Otomatis) secara internasional agar tidak ada satu negarapun di dunia yang bisa menyembunyikan harta kekayaan wajib pajak yang ada diluar negeri atau sebaliknya. Dana yang besar masuk ke industri Pasar Modal dapat meningkatkan likuiditas di bursa maupun di lembaga-lembaga keuangan di pasar modal. Akibat dari hal tersebut elemen-elemen yang ada di pasar modal seperti emiten BUMN, emiten swasta maupun pemerintah dapat melakukan financing atau pendanaan yang hasilnya diperuntukan untuk modal usaha, membuka lapangan pekerjaan dan pembangunan perekonomian negara. Oleh karena itu dengan adanya repatriasi merupakan kontribusi nyata warga indonesia untuk membangun bangsa Indonesia yang bermartabat.
