<![CDATA[Background: Maternal and child health problems are still a health problem in Indonesia. One of the factors that contribute to the high maternal mortality rate is the lack of adequate delivery places and the lack of health workers. Utilization of maternity facilities is influenced by many factors, including knowledge, attitudes and family support for pregnant women in utilizing delivery facilities. Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, family support and attitudes of pregnant women towards the utilization of maternity facilities at Pulosari Health Center in 2022. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 110 pregnant women who visited the Pulosari District Health Center, Pandeglang Regency. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a sample size of 87. Results: Most of the respondents utilization of maternity facilities, namely 74 people (85.1 percent), had negative knowledge about the use of childbirth facilities, namely 50 people (57.5 percent), received positive support from their families to utilization of maternity facilities, namely 77 people (88.5 percent) and showed a very good attitude towards the utilization of maternity facilities, namely 68 people (78.2 percent). The results of hypothesis testing obtained P-value smaller than 0.05. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge, family support and attitudes of pregnant women towards utilization of maternity facilities at Pulosari Health Center in 2022. Suggestions: For families to be able to take advantage utilization of maternity facilities so that t process can be safer and smoother by visiting the nearest maternity facilities Pendahuluan: Masalah kesehatan ibu dan anak masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Indonesia. Salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap tingginya angka kematian ibu adalah terbatasnya tempat persalinan yang memadai dan kurangnya tenaga kesehatan. Pemanfaatan fasilitas persalinan dipengaruhi oleh banyak factor, diantaranya adalah pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan keluarga terhadap ibu hamil dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas persalinan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga dan sikap ibu hamil terhadap pemanfaatan fasilitas persalinan di Puskesmas Pulosari tahun 2022. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analytic dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu ibu hamil yang melakukan kunjungan ke Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulosari Kabupaten Pandeglang sebanyak 110 ibu. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 87 responden. Hasil: Sebagian besar responden memanfaatkan fasilitas persalinan yaitu 74 orang (85.1 persen), mempunyai pengetahuan negatif tentang pemanfaatan fasilitas persalinan yaitu 50 orang (57.5 persen) mendapat dukungan positif dari keluarga untuk memanfaatkan fasilitas persalinan yaitu 77 orang (88.5 persen) dan menunjukkan sikap sangat baik terhadap pemanfaatan fasilitas persalinan yaitu 68 orang (78.2 persen). Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh p-value lebih kecil dari 0.05. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga dan sikap ibu hamil terhadap pemanfaatan fasilitas persalinan di Puskesmas Pulosari tahun 2022. Saran: Bagi keluarga agar dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas persalinan agar dalam proses persalinan bisa menjadi lebih aman dan lancer dengan cara melakukan kunjungan ke fasilitas persalinan terdekat.]]>
