Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of wage and incentive provision on employee work motivation at PT. Sedulur Berdikari. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the number of samples studied being 50 employees. The analysis techniques used in this study are multiple regression analysis, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, determination coefficient analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, t test, F test using the spss 22 for windows software program. The results of the partial t test showed that the wage provision variable had a negative effect on employee work motivation at PT. Sedulur Berdikari while the incentive variable had a positive effect on employee work motivation at PT. Sedulur Berdikari and the results of the f test showed that the provision of wages and incentives simultaneously had an effect on employee work motivation at PT. Sedulur Berdikari. Keywords : Remuneration, incentives and work motivation ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian upah dan insentif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Sedulur Berdikari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah 50 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, analisis koefisien determinasi, analisis koefisien korelasi, uji t, uji F dengan menggunakan program Sofware spss 22 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian uji t secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel pemberian upah berpengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Sedulur Berdikari sedangkan variabel insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Sedulur Berdikari dan hasil uji f menunjukan bahwa pemberian upah dan insentif secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Sedulur Berdikari. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of fruit maturity levels on the oxidative color stability of crude palm oil (CPO) during heating. Fruit conditions used were unripe, ripe, overripe, and bruised. Samples were heated at 100°C for 0, 6, 12, 18, and 24 hours. The peroxide value and color (Red-Yellow) were measured using Lovibond Tintometer. Results showed that the combination of ripe and overripe fruits had the highest stability in red and yellow colors, while mixtures involving bruised and unripe fruits showed significant degradation. Prolonged heating accelerated the degradation of carotenoid pigments. The study indicates that fruit maturity significantly affects the oxidative stability of palm oil color.
