Abstract

The success of a project can be measured from two things, namely the benefits obtained and the timeliness of completion. In the implementation of the Gunung Kemala-Sanggi road preservation project, there are indications of delays where in contract 01 there is a remaining unfinished work resulting in contract 02, so it needs to be accelerated. This is intended so that this project can be completed more quickly according to the planned target. The acceleration method used is Time Cost Trade Off, with the alternative of adding 1 hour of overtime. This research methodology has several stages including primary data collection such as road preservation data and location data, as well as secondary data such as literature review, budget plan data (rab), project time schedule data, monthly report data. From the alternative results of adding overtime hours to the Kemala-Sanggi Mountain Road preservation project, it was found that the acceleration duration was 89 days from the previous duration of 112 days, 23 days faster so that the implementation of the work can be in accordance with the initial scheduling plan obtained from the project S curve. The reduction in the final total cost of the project due to acceleration is Rp. 687,273,911 so that the total cost of the project becomes Rp. 21,567.130,687. from the previous total value of Rp 22,186,544,124. It is hoped that further research can develop research on time cost trade off analysis, for example by developing an analysis by calculating labor overtime wages, operating costs of equipment when used for overtime or adding the number of tools.

Abstract

The increasing growth of the factory industry has created new attention to waste which needs to be managed more seriously so that it can provide benefits, especially in the construction sector. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research on this problem. In this study, researchers conducted research using geodipa waste. The percentage of geodipa waste used in this research is 3%, 5%, 8%, 10% and 12% of the cement weight requirement using a mixture of 1PC:6Ps and 100 ml of water for 1 paving block with a mold thickness of 6 cm, width 10 cm, 20 cm long using manual tools. The test results using geodipa waste for a mixture of an average of 8% compressive strength test produced were 16.13 MPa for Rp. 1,066,-/seed according to SNI-03-0691-1996 including class C quality (can be used for pedestrians) while for the normal mixture the resulting compressive strength test was 11.33 MPa for Rp. 1,100,-/seed including class D quality (can be used for parks and other uses) From the results of the compressive strength test of the paving blocks, it can be concluded that the addition of geodipa waste produces better results.

Abstract

Kegiatan konstruksi memberikan konstribusi besar terhadap lingkungan, seperti peningkatan emisi karbon, penggunaan energi yang tinggi, dan produksi limbah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, konsep green construction diterapkan sebagai upaya menciptakan pembangunan yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan konsep green construction pada Proyek DP Mall Expansion yang mencakup 6 aspek, 16 faktor, dan 142 indikator. Metode penelitian meliputi survei, wawancara, dan pengisian kuisioner oleh pihak proyek. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menghitung bobot tiap aspek dan tingkat penerapan green construction. Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa proyek telah menerapkan prinsip green construction dengan nilai NGC 10,95 atau 49,95% dari NGCIdeal 21,92. Capaian ini menunjukkan bahwa proyek sudah mulai menerapkan prinsip green construction, namun penerapannya belum maksimal. Terdapat kendala pada faktor tepat guna lahan dikarenakan keterbatasan ruang, yang disiasati dengan penyediaan rooftop garden di lantai 3 gedung eksisting.
