Abstract

Kualitas dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang terbaik merupakan salah satu fokus utama masyarakat. Tuntutan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan yang terbaik sejalan dengan hak masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu, yang terselenggara sesuai dengan kode etik dan standar pelayanan sehingga dapat memberikan kepuasan bagi setiap masyarakat dan pasien. Evaluasi pada pelayanan kesehatan digunakan untuk membantu menilai seberapa baik sesuatu itu bekerja sehingga dapat menginformasikan keputusan tentang keefektifan layanan dan perubahan apa yang dapat dipertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan pemberian layanan serta meninjau secara ketat semua aspek pelayanan dari berbagai perspektif. Penulisan artikel review ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelayanan kesehatan Jiwa di Rumah Sakit khusus jiwa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini yaitu literature review. Pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui Google Scholar , pubmed, science direct dengan kata kunci “Pelayanan Kesehatan Jiwa”, “rumah sakit”, dan “Indonesia”. Total temuan artikel 537, namun hanya 11 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan 11 artikel yang dianalisis terlihat bahwa beberapa indicator pencapaian mutu pelayanan kesehatan jiwa yang mengalami perbedaan yang signifikan dari standar yang telah ditetapkan sehingga menyebabkan adanya keluhan pelayanan. Proses dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan selayaknya aman, berkualitas, memenuhi persepsi yang baik dari pasien dan keluarga serta diberikan secara efisien dan efektif sesuai dengan standar profesi dan standar pelayanan secara menyeluruh. Dengan melakukan evaluasi pelayanan kesehatan dapat membantu menilai seberapa baik sesuatu itu bekerja sehingga dapat menginformasikan keputusan tentang keefektifan layanan dan perubahan apa yang dapat dipertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan pemberian layanan serta meninjau secara ketat semua aspek pelayanan dari berbagai perspektif.

Abstract

Pregnant mothers who are unaware of the risks of tetanus during pregnancy are more likely to die giving delivery or have their children die at birth. This study aimed to analyze the effect of sinusoidal runaway animation on the knowledge and adherence of pregnant women regarding tetanus toxoid immunization at the Tabongo Health Center. This study uses the Research and Development method with the Borg and Galt development model which will be used to develop and validate an animated video product. In combination with the quasi-experimental design, quantitative method using a nonequivalent control group design approach to determine the condition of the subjects in the intervention group and the control group before and after treatment. The study population comprised 265 pregnant women in the Tabongo Health Center area. A sample of 74 pregnant women was divided into two groups: intervention and control. The mothers’ knowledge before being given Rumawa Sinusoid Animation education in the majority intervention group averaged 59.14. Mothers' knowledge after receiving Rumawa Sinusoid Animation education in the majority intervention group averaged 79.43. Mothers’ knowledge before being given Text Animation education in the majority of the control group averaged 63.95. Mothers' knowledge after being given Text Animation education in the majority of the control group averaged 82.24. In Conclusion, Rumawa Sinusoid Animation Education's influence on increasing pregnant women's knowledge and compliance regarding Tetanus Toxoid immunization. It is hoped that further research using sound and images will also be investigated to provide varied results.

Abstract

Background: Psychological capital is a positive capacity possessed by individuals to develop in improving nurse performance. Several studies state that the performance of nurses is still not optimal. Therefore, mental support and leadership style mediated by psychological capital are needed as a strategy to improve nurse performance. Purpose: This review aims to identify literature related to psychological capital, emotional support and leadership style to support the improvement of nurse performance in service. Methods: This study used an integrative approach based on Whittemore and Knaf's use to conduct the review. The articles used are published from 2012 to 2020 using the Proquest, Pubmed, and Science Direct databases. Results: The search returned 15 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Positive psychological capital has a positive relationship to nurse performance. Interventions for nurses to improve performance by increasing positive psychological capital must be developed and made available to nurses. Interventions focused on the individual level excluding the broader social context or organizational level. Conclusion: Positive psychological capital can influence the performance of nurses in providing services to patients. Hospital nursing managers need to provide training to nurses regarding psychological capital to increase their psychological capital.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to map research results related to the implementation of effective SBAR communication between nurses and doctors. The research method used, namely Scoping Review, was used to map the literature using PRISMA guidelines. The synthesis method uses PCC modification. Articles obtained from the Google Scholar search engine as well as the electronic databases PubMed and ScienceDirect. Search results, from 87 relevant articles with titles and abstracts, 6 articles were found that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research results found that the analysis of the implementation of effective SBAR communication between nurses and doctors contained seven themes, namely patient safety and satisfaction, lack of self-confidence, environment, lack of interpersonal communication, lack of training, and work safety climate. In conclusion, effective communication and collaboration between doctors and nurses is very necessary in managing and limiting disturbances that can endanger patient safety and the continuity of safe care for at-risk patients. Abstract

This review aims to map and provide a general overview of the barriers and resilience strategies for Caregivers of patients with mental disorders who are hospitalized. This scoping review refers to Arksey and O'Malley's 2005 methodological framework which has been refined by JBI. The article search used five databases in the period 2012-2022, with the criteria: all studies with samples of Caregivers of patients with mental disorders who were hospitalized with English and Indonesian texts. As a result of the research, ten articles met the inclusion criteria. From the results of the review, it was found that there were three factors inhibiting the resilience of Caregivers of patients with mental disorders, namely personal, family and social factors. In conclusion, strategies to increase Caregiver resilience include personal, family, social background, social support and education factors. To overcome the factors inhibiting Caregiver resilience, namely by maximizing strategies for increasing the resilience of Caregivers for patients with mental disorders. Abstract

Salah satu tugas perawat dalam menyelenggarakan praktik keperawatan adalah sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan. Pemberian asuhan keperawatan sangat penting dalam proses pelayanan keperawatan untuk menunjang penigkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya seringkali tidak maksimal dikarenakan tidak adanya panduan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan panduan yang baku sebagai standar pemberian asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit. Sehingga dilakukan pendampingan penyusunan panduan asuhan keperawatan. Metode pelaksanaan ini dimulai dari penentuan masalah, identifikasi dan penentuan prioritas masalah, analisis masalah dan rencana kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah In House Workshop peningkatan mutu dan asuhan keperawatan, serta pendampingan penyusunan panduan. Pelaksanaan in house workshop berjalan dengan baik dan antusias peserta cukup tinggi yang terdiri dari 41 peserta. Sedangkan hasil pendampingan penyusunan Panduan yaitu terdiri dari tim penyusun sebanyak 14 orang telah memahami proses penyusunan dan menyelesaikan Panduan Asuhan Keperawatan 10 penyakit. Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan perubahan positif terhadap sumber daya yang ada di Rumah Sakit. Perubahan tersebut berupa timbulnya motivasi dan upaya dalam meningkatkan pelayanan keperawatan. Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan membentuk tim penyusun Panduan Asuhan Keperawatan dan berhasil menyelesaikan sebanyak 10 penyakit terbanyak di Rumah Sakit. Diharapkan panduan tersebut dapat digunakan dalam pelayanan keperawatan sebagai bentuk peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit.
