Abstract

Increasingly intense competition among universities demands good knowledge and strategy from all universities to attract prospective students. For use in the education industry, reference is required on the values consisting of three factors, namely: Quality, Price, and Service. This research is the satisfaction and loyalty of students by several factors, namely price equity and SERQUAL. The results of the study showed that the sensation of sensitivity to loyalty and attitude as mediation by perception of the price of justice, and SERQUAL. The Serqual construct directly affects student loyalty and the directness of pricing justice also affects student loyalty. and the price of justice has the greatest effect compared to other constructs. Keyword : Price fairness, SErqual,.

Abstract

This study employed the Technology Acceptance Model' (TAM). The purpose is to re-examine the TAM model in terms of mobile banking acceptance in Jakarta. The sample was 242 m-banking users with convinience sampling technique. The study found (1) Perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on Perceive usefulness. (2) Perceive usefulness and Perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on Attitude, (3) Perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on Attitude, behavioral intention and actual use. (4) Attitude had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, and (5) Behavioral intention had a positive and significant effect on Actual usage. TAM could explain the variance of behavioral intention of 63,9 percent and actual use of 71.2 percent.

Abstract

This study is a comprehensive synthesis of relevant prior researches. The goal of this study was to examine the role of leverage and dividend policy in increasing the firm value of insurance companies. This study's population consisted of 17 insurance companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2016 and 2020. The purposive sampling method was used to select seven companies for this study. Multiple linear regression was used in SPSS 25 to analyze the collected data. The findings revealed that leverage had a negative impact on firm value, whereas dividend policy had a positive impact on firm value. The model proposed in this study could explain 38.9 percent of the firm's value
