Abstract

This study employed the Technology Acceptance Model' (TAM). The purpose is to re-examine the TAM model in terms of mobile banking acceptance in Jakarta. The sample was 242 m-banking users with convinience sampling technique. The study found (1) Perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on Perceive usefulness. (2) Perceive usefulness and Perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on Attitude, (3) Perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on Attitude, behavioral intention and actual use. (4) Attitude had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, and (5) Behavioral intention had a positive and significant effect on Actual usage. TAM could explain the variance of behavioral intention of 63,9 percent and actual use of 71.2 percent.

Abstract

In modern times women's lifestyles experience a lot of changes. Cosmetics are unique products because in addition to having the ability to meet women's basic needs for beauty, they also become a means for consumers to clarify their identity socially in the eyes of society. Nowadays cosmetics seem to be a primary need for some women. The results of this study provide information that online customer reviews do not have a significant and negative effect of -0.111, while beauty influencers have a significant and positive effect of 0.345. Online customer reviews and beauty influencers have a significant simultaneous effect on Maybeline's buying interest in Jakarta

Abstract

This study builds an integrative equation model intended to provide an overall meaning about the relationship between leadership style, organizational culture, job satisfaction and its implications for employees, and how the relationship between each variable is interrelated. This research was conducted at PT. Neo Pangan Harmony by using primary and secondary data. This study took a sample of 250 people from a population of 675 people, the results of this study showed a significant relationship between each variable on employee performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership and employee agility on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and its subsequent impact on employee performance at PT Trubus Mitra Swadaya, Jakarta. Employing a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0, primary data were collected through questionnaires from 53 respondents. The findings reveal that transformational leadership significantly influences OCB, which in turn has a positive and substantial effect on employee performance. However, employee agility did not significantly affect OCB or performance. Additionally, the study finds that transformational leadership does not directly influence performance, but does so indirectly through OCB, which acts as a full mediator. Conversely, OCB did not mediate the relationship between employee agility and performance. These results underscore the importance of fostering OCB through transformational leadership to enhance employee outcome. This study contributes to the understanding of leadership and behavioral dynamics in post-pandemic organizational settings and offers practical implications for human resource strategies aimed at improving employee performance through value-driven leadership and a supportive organizational culture.

Abstract

Indonesia's Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), administered by BPJS Kesehatan, is one of the world's largest single-payer social health insurance programs and has become central to Indonesia's progress toward universal health coverage. Yet high population registration is not identical to fiscal sustainability. This study examines whether the active population coverage rate is associated with claim pressure and financial resilience in JKN during the 2023-2024 monitoring period. The analysis uses official aggregate data from Dewan Jaminan Sosial Nasional's Monthly Report Monitoring JKN as of December 31, 2024. The data set contains 11 monthly observations for which active coverage, registered participants, active participants, net Dana Jaminan Sosial (DJS) health assets, fund resilience, and the claim ratio could be extracted consistently from public reporting. Ordinary least squares regressions with heteroskedasticity-robust standard errors were estimated. Descriptive results show that active population coverage increased from 76.07% in December 2023 to 78.83% in December 2024, while the claim ratio remained above 100% in every observed month. In the simplest specification, a one percentage-point increase in active population coverage was associated with a 1.84 percentage-point lower claim ratio. This relationship became statistically non-significant after adding a monthly trend, indicating that the observed association should be interpreted as exploratory rather than causal. The findings suggest that improving active membership is necessary for revenue adequacy but insufficient on its own; health economics policy should also address utilization growth, hospital payment incentives, chronic disease management, and contribution compliance. The paper contributes a transparent regression template for further BPJS research using microdata or provincial panels.
