Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ilmiah ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana PT. Gojek menerapkan sistem informasi manajemennya. Latar belakang tulisan ini disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa, seiring perubahan zaman, kemajuan teknologi memungkinkan sistem informasi manajemen untuk menangkap informasi dengan lebih cepat dan efisien, yang membantu bisnis membuat keputusan. Sistem informasi memang ada sebelum perkembangan teknologi, tetapi munculnya sistem informasi berbasis komputer telah memungkinkan untuk memproses data dalam proses yang cepat, akurat, dan tepat. Distribusi, akuisisi, penjualan, dan promosi barang dan jasa menggunakan platform elektronik seperti internet, televisi, situs web, dan jaringan komputer lainnya dikenal sebagai perdagangan elektronik, atau e-commerce. Melalui penggunaan teknologi elektronik, e-commerce dapat menyederhanakan segalanya. Di PT. Gojek Indonesia, penggunaan e-commerce telah terintegrasi secara efektif. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh struktur aplikasi bisnis, yang menawarkan kerangka kerja konseptual yang menghubungkan antarmuka dan prosedur aplikasi e-commerce, khususnya proses pemesanan, proses layanan, dan penyelesaian layanan. The purpose of this scholarly study is to describe how PT. Gojek implemented its management information system. This writing's backdrop is due to the fact that, as times change, technology advancements enable management information systems to capture information more quickly and efficiently, which helps the business make decisions. Information systems did exist prior to the development of technology, but the advent of computer-based information systems has made it possible to process data in quick, accurate, and precise processes. The distribution, acquisition, sale, and promotion of goods and services using electronic platforms including the internet, television, websites, and other computer networks is known as e-commerce. E-commerce may simplify things.

Abstract

Air pollution is a serious environmental problem in urban areas, particularly in DKI Jakarta, due to increasing transportation activities, industrial development, and population density. This study aims to classify air quality in DKI Jakarta based on the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) parameters using the Decision Tree algorithm with the CRISP-DM approach. The dataset consists of daily ISPU data from January 2024 to November 2025 obtained from the official Satu Data Jakarta platform, covering PM10, PM2.5, SO₂, CO, O₃, and NO₂ parameters. After data preprocessing, 2,864 records were used for modeling with an 80:20 split between training and testing data, implemented using RapidMiner. The evaluation results show that the Decision Tree model achieved a high classification performance with an accuracy of 99.13%, along with strong precision and recall across all air quality categories. The decision tree structure indicates that PM2.5, PM10, and NO₂ are the most influential attributes in determining air quality levels. These findings demonstrate that the Decision Tree algorithm is effective, accurate, and easily interpretable for air quality classification, and has the potential to support environmental monitoring and decision-making in the public health sector.
