Abstract

The training on making cookies in Reuloh Village, Ingin Jaya District, Aceh Besar Regency, aims to improve the skills of the community in entrepreneurship in the culinary field. This activity was carried out by the Lecturer Team of the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Muhammadiyah University of Aceh. The training participants showed a significant increase in their knowledge and skills in making cookies. The survey results showed that 85% of participants were interested in starting a cookie business, which could increase the income of the local community and open up opportunities for people who want to start and expand culinary-based businesses. The expected output of this community service activity is to improve the skills and knowledge of the community, especially housewives and small business actors in Reuloh Village, Ingin Jaya District, in making cookies. In addition, this activity aims to encourage them to be able to develop culinary businesses and as teachers, the results of this activity will be published in a journal.

Abstract

Aceh memiliki beragam wisata, termasuk wisata kuliner yang semakin populer akibat perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat. Tren ini mendorong pertumbuhan coffee shop di Banda Aceh, salah satunya yaitu terbentuknya Bara Kopi. Namun persaingan yang ketat menuntut strategi pemasaran yang tepat agar bisnis dapat bertahan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Bara Kopi. Metode4penelitian yang4digunakan adalah metode4kuantitatif dengan4pendekatan asosiatif4yang bertujuan untuk4mengetahui pengaruh4ataupun hubungan4antara dua variabel. 4Sampel dalam penelitian4ini adalah konsumen4Bara Kopi Banda4Aceh cabang offline store4Banda Aceh. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan4rumus slovin yaitu4sebanyak 844orang. Teknik analisis4datanya adalah4menggunakan analisis4regresi linear4sederhana. Hasil penelitian4menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produkberpengaruh terhadap4kepuasan konsumen (Y) di Bara Kopi Banda4Aceh. Aceh has a variety of tourism, including culinary tourism which is increasingly popular due to changes in people's lifestyles. This trend encourages the growth of coffee shops in Banda Aceh, one of which is the formation of Bara Kopi. However, tight competition demands the right marketing strategy so that the business can survive. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze how much influence product quality has on consumer satisfaction at Bara Kopi. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach which aims to determine the influence or relationship between two variables. The sample in this study was consumers of Bara Kopi Banda Aceh offline store branch Banda Aceh. The determination of the number of samples used the Slovin formula, which was 844 people. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that product quality (X) had an effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Bara Kopi Banda Aceh

Abstract

Bara Kopi adalah salah satu coffee shop yang menawarkan pengalaman menikmati kopi yang otentik dan unik. Namun, tingginya persaingan di industri ini menuntut Bara Kopi untuk memiliki strategi pengembangan usaha baik dari segi kekuatannya, kelemahannya, peluang yang ada dan bagaimana ancaman yang akan dihadapi (SWOT). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis SWOT usaha coffee shop Bara Kopi di Kota Banda Aceh. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis SWOT. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Bara Kopi memiliki keunggulan dalam kualitas produk dan atmosfer yang nyaman, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran dan manajemen. Peluang pertumbuhan muncul dari meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap budaya kopi serta potensi kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal. Namun, kompetisi yang ketat di pasar kopi menjadi ancaman yang signifikan. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan mencakup peningkatan brand awareness, diversifikasi produk, dan optimalisasi layanan pelanggan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan strategis bagi Bara Kopi untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan usaha di Kota Banda Aceh. Bara Kopi is one of the coffee shops that offers an authentic and unique coffee experience. However, the high competition in this industry requires Bara Kopi to have a business development strategy in terms of its strengths, weaknesses, existing opportunities and how threats will be faced (SWOT). The purpose of this study is to analyze the SWOT of the Bara Kopi coffee shop business in Banda Aceh City. The method used is the SWOT analysis method. The results show that Bara Kopi has advantages in product quality and a comfortable atmosphere, although it still faces challenges in marketing and management. Growth opportunities arise from the increasing public interest in coffee culture and the potential for collaboration with local communities. However, tight competition in the coffee market is a significant threat. The recommendations produced include increasing brand awareness, product diversification, and optimizing customer service. This study is expected to provide strategic guidance for Bara Kopi to increase competitiveness and business growth in Banda Aceh City.
