ABSTRAK Pengaruh usia menarche, penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal dan faktor psikis pada menopouse dini pada wanita merupakan faktor yang memicu kejadian menopouse dini yang mana pada usia pertama kali menstruasi di tandai dengan mengalami menarche lebih cepat akan memungkinkan kejadian menopouse dini karena memiliki sedikit folikel ovarium yang dapat mempengaruhi cadangan telur. Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Jus Terong Belanda Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin (HB) Ibu Hamil Trimester III Di TPMB Tiurma Sitorus. Pengaruh Jus Terong Belanda Terhadap Kadar Hemoglobin (HB) Ibu Hamil Trimester III Di TPMB Tiurma Sitorus. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, untuk mengetahui pengaruh jus terong belanda terhadap kadar hemoglobin (HB) ibu hamil trimester III menggunakan uji beda independent sample t tes jika berdistribusi normal dan jika tidak berdistribusi nomrla gunakan uji mann- whitney. Penilaian kadar hemoglobin dilakukan selama 21 hari pada kelompok intervensi (diberikan jus terong belanda di dapatkan selisih rata- rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah yaitu 1,135. Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol (tanpa diberikan sayur bayjus terong belanda) di dapatkan selisih rata-rata awal pemeriksaan dan akhir setelah 21 hari yaitu 0,01. Sehingga adanya pengaruh jus terong belanda terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin. jus terong belanda terbukti dapat meningkat kadar hemoglobin, maka di sarankan tenaga kesehatan memberikan edukasi tentang jus terong belanda dapat di konsumsi agar terhindar dari kejadian anemia.
